It is NOT the silly diversion that he “just found it in his mailbox” that’s the crime. The CRIME is in publishing it.
As a so-called journalist this person would have had more than enough training and expertise in the matter to understand publishing it would be illegal. IMO, it is legally actionable for both criminal and civil charges for damage.
Reid obviously has access to the IRS records
and is a likely source.
Issa and Boehner told the IRS to keep on harassing
and releasing records.
All of them should have been indicted.
The media is so stupid. They go up against President Trump 1000 times, and he humiliates them 1000 times.

Add this to the claim that an older couple just happened to pick up a cell phone call out of the “ether” from Newt Gingrich.
Especially when it turned out that Trump paid a higher tax rate than MSNBC and virtually every Dem politician.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump snuck those returns out just to shut people up.
Think about it....all this reporter got was two lousy pages. Nothing else. The NY state tax return, which would have been another $10 to $15 million in taxes? Not there. It was probably the biggest set-up for journalistic stumbles that I’ve seen in a decade. Handed to MSNBC.
The only thing that can happen now is some fake agenda where people get angry over IRS and the tax code, and demand some flat tax deal....which Trump will gladly accomplish, and then release 90-percent of IRS because the flat tax would give you no reason to have the thousands of employees that they currently have.
That’s what I was thinking, now the tax return narrative is dead forever...with MSNBC collateral damage too. Wouldn’t surprise me at all. They don’t have a clue what they are up against.
That was pretty funny too. I saw a clip of madcow on the local evening news and I thought she was having an on-air orgasm for a moment when she was breaking it.

OMG....yes. There are a slew of crimes committed here.
Firstly---putting an unmailed document in a residential or business mailbox is a federal crime. You can't just go up to a mailbox and put in something that was not mailed.
Secondly---this was "stolen" US govt property.
Thirdly----reportedly, Maddow has only two pages.....that could mean the crime of defacement of US govt property b/c the pages had to be ripped off of the rest of the returns.
Fourthly-----breach of confidentiality.
.....and on and on and on......
Can the government bring charges against these sick media talking heads and the persons who hand them the dead ammunition to attack. Time passes and they just keep this up... it is believed... it is repeated every day and it’s become truth to their audience.
The government has the power... obama made calls and threatened with the IRS and his justice dept... is that all there is to fight the lies with? I don’t watch any of those outlets.. but when it’s played over on Fox.. it’s unbelievable what they are saying... they are no longer the free press.. they are the arm of the progressives who want to completely destroy our country, and destroy President Trump... and take the power away from the people.
