A years-long forensics investigation into the computer image of the long-form Hawaiian birth certificate image that Barack Obama released during a White House news conference during his first term and presented to the American people as an official government document reveals it is “fake.”
It also confirms those who were subjected to the derogatory “birther” label from many media outlets and Democrats for badgering Obama with lawsuits, petitions to the Supreme Court, and more, were right – at least in the dispute that the document was manufactured and the questions about Obama’s birth and legitimacy to be president under the Constitution’s requirements still are unanswered.

As I said, the word "Citizen" is defined by it's origin. It came from Switzerland, and the only reason it became in common usage in the USA was because Vattel's book brought it here.
The NORMAL English word at the time was "Subject." For a nation that initially intended to create a "King" of America, this is a perfectly reasonable word. This word "Citizen" was used in the Declaration of Independence, (1776) 12 years before they had decided that we wouldn't have a King. Don't you think that is a little premature for overturning the normal word usage to describe a member of a Kingdom?
No, the word "Citizen" itself identifies it's origin and purpose. It came from Vattel, and it was meant to signify a change in the nature of government from Monarchy to a Republic. (Like the Swiss had at the time.)
Vattel and the Swiss Republic used the word "Citizen" (Citoyen) and so we came to use the word for precisely the same reason. We too were a collection of independent states who were joining together to create a confederated federal Republic.
Monarchist words were no longer welcome to describe the members of this new society.

The “progressives” are blaming the mainstream media for Trump’s victory.
It would have helped gain coverage from at least the conservative media if there had been congressional hearings and if the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse/Sheriff Arpaio had been able to convince the Maricopa County District Attorney to convene a grand jury investigation.
District Attorney Montgomery publicly stated that he was willing to review any and all evidence gathered by the Cold Case Posse’ however to date they haven’t turned anything over to him.
Back in 2013, Orly Taitz tried to get the Forensic Examiner Reed Hayes’ report on forgery from the Cold Case Posse and the District Attorney:

As a Sheriff, Joseph Arpaio had a duty to submit this evidence to the District Attorney of Maricopa County for criminal investigation. Specifically he had a duty to submit the affidavit of Reed Hayes. According to the District Attorney’s office they do not have any such records. The public is encouraged to contact Sheriff Joseph Arpaio and demand that he submit all the evidence to the District Attorney, specifically the affidavit of the forensic document expert for criminal investigation.

They point to the Nordyke Twins’ numbers and Obama’s being nearly chronological. Here’s what the Nordyke Twins’ mother said: “I entered the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital on early Friday afternoon, August 4, 1961. I was registered and my expected twins were given Hawaii State birth certificate numbers 10637 and 10638. My labor was slow with poor contractions from a distended uterus.
“Apparently, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama came in shortly after I arrived, because her baby was registered as number 10641. Her labor was strong, and she delivered Barack Hussein Obama early that evening. The next morning my contractions strengthened. The twins finally emerged at 2:05 and 2:12 p.m. Saturday, August 5th. By the way, I don’t want to do that again!”

The Ah Nee BC also has a digit in the file number that overlaps another digit, which is impossible to do with a mechanical number stamp. And Alvin Onaka’s signature stamp is a bad attempt at matching his signature from the Peter Kema BC stamp which is from around the same time period. Onaka’s signature NEVER looks like the signature on Ah Nee’s BC.
This is more than likely another forgery that Loretta Fuddy ordered her people to create, to obscure the BC numbering discrepancy with Obama’s BC#. We know that the HDOH created at least one forgery and then certified it, because Virginia Sunahara’s death certificate is a STATE OF HAWAII certificate but somebody went to extra lengths to take out the file number that was on that death certificate and replace it with “T.H. File No”. T.H. stands for Territory of Hawaii. That death certificate showed Sunahara’s BC# as being very out of sync also.
They were messing with these BC#’s because they were trying to make it seem that the BC’s were numbered alphabetically. We know that they altered the birth database because when I asked for a copy of Sunahara’s birth certificate I was told there wasn’t one. Because Sunahara wasn’t recognized as being about Obama, the request was sent through normal channels instead of directed to Janice Okubo so she could obfuscate (which one clerk told me is their protocol; everything about Obama went through Okubo, and that includes everything about the birth index). The clerk went through the normal procedures, looking in the database, and did NOT find Sunahara’s name in the birth list. Sunahara’s name was removed from the birth database during that period of time. The clerk didn’t know it was about Obama so she gave me an honest answer that revealed the database had been manipulated. (We also know that the paper birth index was manipulated because it had the birth names for two adopted boys - which is not the case for other adopted children. They wanted us to see those boys’ birth names because one of them is in the newspaper announcements right under Obama’s supposed birth announcement.)
So we know they were forging and then certifying paper records at the HDOH and we know they were falsifying both the paper birth index and the birth database. IOW, there is ZERO integrity in anything they’ve done. As I’ve said elsewhere, the “verifications” to AZ and KS SOS’s and to MDEC for a court case were stamped with Loretta Fuddy’s “director’s seal”, which is only allowable to certify HER signature. Her signature was not on those verifications; Onaka’s stamp was. Onaka apparently refused to certify the verifications so Fuddy used her seal to make it APPEAR that they were legally certified when they weren’t - knowing that the only lawful reason for Onaka to refuse to certify is if the birth claims requested to be verified were not made on a legally-valid BC. IOW, Fuddy knew there was no legally valid BC and that Onaka would therefore not certify a verification (another HDOH official also told a colleague that they could never issue a verification for Obama and the AG’s office would not let them issue verifications for ANYBODY because that would make it obvious why they wouldn’t issue one for Obama). The AZ SOS had said he would put Obama on the ballot as long as they received ANYTHING, so Fuddy illegally used her seal to deceive at least 2 SOS’s (and probably more like 50...), the judge in the MDEC case, Congress, and the American public.
So we’ve got an HDOH-forged BC (Ah Nee), an HDOH-forged death certificate (Sunahara), 3 illegally-stamped “verifications” to deceive the entire legal system, an altered birth index, and proof of a manipulated birth database. Seven instances of illegal activity by the HDOH.
All to hide the BC# discrepancy with Obama and the now-indirectly-verified-by-Onaka FACT that Obama has NO legally valid BC in Hawaii (which Obama’s friend Gov Neil Abercrombie also told his friend Mike Evans directly and told a Honolulu ADvertiser columnist indirectly).
But in spite of all that, their deception hit a snag: the CDC’s protocols for that time period were found and the Honolulu registrar was interviewed. The system documented as in use for the CDC at that time would not allow for the numbering system they had decided to try to change everything to fit. So they’ve got 7 crimes under their belts and STILL don’t have BC#’s that work.
And when I was put into contact with Lt Col Lakin’s legal team (for his court-martial) to present the evidence of HDOH tampering which would have overcome the “presumption of regularity” (presuming that officials act truthfully unless and until there is compelling evidence otherwise) and thus forced the original records to be examined, the sheathing on the wiring of my husband’s van was cut the NEXT DAY. About a week later my computer was hit with a trojan, and shortly after that Denise Lind ruled that foreign combat orders don’t have to be approved by the POTUS to be “lawful” (thus denying Lakin any chance to defend himself and get discovery).
And there is much, much, much more - and worse - that’s been done. If America has ears to hear, there are plenty of us willing to talk. But a nation that won’t abide the truth is stuck with lies, and that is the America of the past 8 years. We will see if it is the America of 2016 and beyond.
There was no OED prior to 1770. But if you look at the word entries I have previously supplied, you should be able to see how this works. They give a meaning and they follow it with dated usage examples. I would make you a copy of the entry for citizen, but my scanner is giving me trouble right now.
I already pointed out that the first example of the US usage tying a citizen to a state comes from 1538.

The explanation isn’t complicated.
The certificates were collected for an entire month, they were sorted by geographic region (for Oahu the two regions are Honolulu City limits and the rest of Honolulu County), they were alphabetized by last name, they were stamped.
That is why Ah’Nee is first, Obama is after Nordyke and waidelich is last (they were all in the same geographic region). Sunahara was in a different geographic region (born outside Honolulu City limits) so her number is higher and out of sequence from the others.
I do hope that Zullo stars in a drama of this episode in the future, and I hope he, Arpaio and Corsi get the Civilian Medal of Honor from Trump that Barry has been giving out like candy to his peeps...
Only trouble is, the woman who did the sorting said they were sorted chronologically, not alphabetically.
So what is your explanation for the 7 instances of fraud by the HDOH itself? Why would they commit 7 acts of fraud or worse?
And why would Fuddy and the regime start this narrative about no long-form copies being allowed - even when there is footage of Hawaiians at the HDOH ordering that same thing without having to go through any extra hoops, and when the memo supposedly establishing that policy a decade or so earlier was only created the day that Obama’s fake BC was released?
There called tab stops. It is not even slightly suspicious that two of the exact same forms with the identical words typed possibly on the same typewriter would line up.

No, the 7 instances I’m talking about are:
1. Sunahara’s HDOH-certified State of Hawaii death certificate having “T.H. File No” (Territory of Hawaii) on it - evidence that somebody deliberatly removed what was actually on that death certificate to insert that anomaly as a red flag.
2. Ah Nee’s BC having BC# digits overlapping and a forged Onaka signature stamp.
3. The birth index being altered to include the birth names of 2 adopted boys, which is not consistent with other adopted children where only the adoptive name is listed.
4. Sunahara’s BC missing from the database when I requested her BC.
5. “Verification” for the AZ SOS illegally stamped with the Director’s Seal where her signature is not, hiding Onaka’s refusal to certify the document.
6. “Verification” for the KS SOS illegally stamped with the Director’s Seal where her signature is not, hiding Onaka’s refusal to certify the document.
7. “Verification” for Mississippi Democratic Party lawsuit illegally stamped with the Director’s Seal where her signature is not, hiding Onaka’s refusal to certify the document.
That’s in addition to the HDOH’s illegal refusal to issue long-forms (beginning shortly before Obama’s alleged BC was released), their lie that long-form copies weren’t allowed before that (when there is video footage of the opposite at the very time that the lie was being claimed), and the creation of a supposedly-decade-old document establishing the policy (already proven by video footage to NOT be in effect) on the very day that Obama’s BC was released.
It is the lawlessness that I observed in the HI government that got me to speak up about this issue publicly. My blog’s starting post said that if this was not addressed there would be no rule of law within government.
And what’s been exposed from the last 8 years has pretty much vindicated what I said then. There is much, much more lawlessness that we can expose regarding Fuddy’s alleged death, and these are NOT victimless crimes. What all levels of government are willing to use their money and power for should curl the toenails of every red-blooded American, if they will ever unstop their ears so they can hear the facts.
Thank you for your humanity towards my husband’s plight. Both my daughter and husband are suffering from the poisoning. Anybody who thinks what I’ve been researching is piddles or false should walk in my shoes for one day and see what has been done to my family starting 6 weeks after an anonymous poster on my blog told me my husband would have to lose his job if I didn’t stop talking about the problems with the “Fuddy crash” story. They should see the levels of lead that were found in my husband and daughter’s body tissues, when we have no environmental lead that would explain those levels. They should spend a day repeating instructions every 5 minutes because that’s as long as my husband can remember anything - if that long. They should spend their days convincing a former vital pastor that there is still a reason for him to live even though he can’t even wash dishes because he can’t figure out that silverware goes in the silverware drawer.
Only after they have done that should they even TRY to say that this is just - tee hee - a silly conspiracy theory and that Obama and his regime are victims of my “crazy theories”..
The crimes of the Obama regime leave victims. I ache for every family of a Mexican killed by FAst and Furious guns - guns the feds forced American gun dealers to illegally sell to known drug cartel agents for the express purpose of KILLING SOMEBODY so that there would be an outcry for gun control. Under the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution (Article IV, Section 1) public records are a states’ right issue.
“Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, RECORDS, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.”
As long as Hawaii stands by the birth certificate, which they have consistently done since October 31, 2008, it gets “full faith and credit.”
Congress’ codification of “full faith and credit” involves states recognizing other states’ official records WHEN THEY ARE PROPERLY CERTIFIED. That’s why it is so damning that Onaka wouldn’t certify the verifications. Those documents are totally worthless with mismatched signature and seal (Onaka’s signature and Fuddy’s seal).
That is, they would be worthless except for their negative value. Because they are NOT legal verifications of the submitted birth facts and legal verification is required when claims submitted for verification match the information found on a VALID vital record, they are verification that the submitted birth facts do NOT match the claims on a valid birth certificate.
And in a court of law, evidence of bad faith on the part of government officials OVERTURNS the presumption of regularity. Full faith and credit is NOT given to records that are found to be fraudulent.
That’s why the sheathing on the wiring on my husband’s van was removed the day after I was put into contact with Lakin’s team. My evidence of HDOH tampering with their records would have overcome the presumption of regularity; the HDOH records would no longer be presumed to be in good faith. The original records themselves would have to be inspected to find out what information from the HDOH is credible.
And that is why Arpaio says the microfilms need to be inspected. The HDOH itself has proven its non-credibility.
