To this day I remain baffled and somewhat dumbstruck by the complacency of the public, the mainstream media, Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court for their willingness to dismiss challenges to President Barack Obama's (aka Barry Soetoro) natural born U.S. citizen status. Yes, the election is over, and yes, I acknowledge that nothing likely will ever come of this, but it astounds me that we are in month nine of Obama, yet his eligibility to serve as president remains unresolved. The majority of challenges to Obama's natural-born status revolve around the fact he has refused to release his original, long-form,...

Apparently Rep. Deal knew he was going to stir up quite the proverbial hornet’s nest by seriously suggesting that he was going to ask the President to see his birth certificate. So, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (h/t PeachPundit), the castigations are now beginning. As you read through what I post from the article, below, I’m going to interject my own commentary into what the included public figures say, because I think most of them are seriously full of it; the idea that somehow someone is considered to be, essentially, other than rational for daring to question the President is,...

U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal, now a Republican candidate for governor, this morning declared himself in sympathy with those questioning whether President Barack Obama was born in the U.S.A. The occasion was an online chat the congressman had with supporters this morning. And the question came from Tom Crawford of Capitol Impact. Do you believe that Barack Obama is a native-born American citizen who is eligible to serve as president? I am asking because your comments on this issue have been a little ambiguous. I would appreciate your clearing this up. At 9:17 a.m., Deal tapped out this: I am joining...

Please call me skeptical. It's a label I proudly wear. Since my first day of second grade, when I traded my homemade chocolate-chip cookies for a smooth-talking fourth-grader's out-of-ink ballpoint pen, I've been a wary consumer. So, if a presidential candidate tries to hand me a barebones certificate of live birth in lieu of a valid, long-form birth certificate, my skeptical antennae go on alert. I automatically question his motives and whether or not he may be trying to play a little fast and loose with the U.S. Constitution. When that same president purportedly spends over a million dollars on...

After various responses from the DoH giving unclear answers to UIPA requests which exclusively pertained to birth documents for Obama dating back to August 1961 – specifically documents which caused his birth to have been “Filed by Registrar August 8, 1961″ – I requested assistance from the OIP. Their interpretation of the DoH response was that of a denial of access. But the OIP also issued guidance as to how I could properly refine my request. I took the OIP advice and issued a 6th UIPA request asking for the same documents and limiting any possible wiggle room. And to...

Orly Taitz, Birther Queen, has been rejected again. US District Judge David O. Carter threw out a lawsuit questioning Barack Obama's eligibility to hold the office based on his "natural born" citizenship status Thursday, saying the courtroom is not the proper arena to "challenge a president’s election." Judge Carter dismissed Barnett et al v. Obama et al. This had been Taitz's most successful lawsuit to date, which is not saying much. However, it is the one that got the furthest through the legal system....

Since it appears that the judicial branch is intent on abandoning it's duty to uphold the Constitution, perhaps it's time for the states themselves to individually pass legislation that will protect their citizens from the actions of anyone who illegally occupies the Oval office. There is nothing to prevent a state from passing a law requiring that the President must file his PROOF of meeting eligibility requirements with the state and that such a filing is open to public challenge in court. Such a law could stipulate that any legislation signed by a President who refuses or is unable to...

We’re not sure it’s exactly newsworthy anymore when a lawsuit challenging President Obama’s election on the grounds that he wasn’t born in the U.S. gets dismissed. (Though rest assured, we’ll be all over it if and when one gains significant traction.) But an opinion issued on Thursday dismissing one of these suits (this one, like others, brought by Orange County lawyer/dentist Orly Taitz) caught our attention. The opinion issued on Thursday, by Santa Ana, Calif., federal judge David O. Carter (a Clinton appointee), delved deeply into standing problems he felt many plaintiffs in the suit suffered. But in the suit...

The Kenyan Government plans to build a Sh112 million cultural centre in honour of US President Barack Obama at his ancestral home in Kogelo. The Sunday Nation has learnt that the proposal to construct the Obama Cultural and Leadership Centre, will be part of discussions by permanent secretaries during a meeting at Nairobi's Harambee House on Monday. The project is meant to attract a large number of tourists from across the world, who may be interested in visiting the ancestral home of the man who surmounted racial barriers, to become the president of the world’s most powerful nation. A California judge has dismissed a complaint challenging President Obama's eligibility to be president citing the "birth certificate from the state of Hawaii" that apparently refers to an Internet image of a "Certification of Live Birth" released during Obama's campaign. The ruling came this morning from Judge David Carter who as WND reported last night apparently recently hired a law clerk out of the law firm that has been paid nearly $1.7 million to defend Obama from eligibility challenges.

In an explosive interview by Dr. Laurie Roth on her syndicated West Coast radio show on August 7th, Douglas Hagmann—a respected journalist, director of the Northeast Intelligence Network and longtime private investigator, and Judi McLeod, a prolific journalist and the managing editor of Canada Free Press—the reason for the media blackout about the birth-certificate issue was nothing less than organized Mafia-like dire threats to members of the media issued not only from the heads of major TV and radio stations but also from Federal Communication Commission officials!

OCTOBER 29--A federal judge today dismissed a lawsuit brought by individuals claiming that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and, as a result, does not meet the qualifications to be president. Along with bouncing the lawsuit, U.S. District Court Judge David Carter eviscerated the controversial lawyer representing the "birthers" who sued Obama. In a 30-page order filed today, Carter stated that he was "deeply concerned" that attorney Orly Taitz "may have suborned perjury through witnesses she intended to bring before this court." Carter, who was appointed to the federal bench in 1998 by President Bill Clinton, noted that he had...

Was this decision actually written for Carter by his new Law Clerk brought in by him from Obama's defense law firm? I find the decision disappointing but there is something good to take from it. That is the conclusion that the Plaintiff candidates were harmed. I think the justiciability prong can be turned around since Carter created a false premise to justify his lack of justiciability. We all know he does not have jurisdiction to impeach Obama. What he does have jurisdiction and a duty to do is interpret the Constitution. The Legislative Branch does not have the jurisdiction or...

After WND's stunning disclosure yesterday that Michelle Obama publicly admitted her husband's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was "very young and very single" when giving birth to the future U.S. president, three photos of Barack Obama Sr. have now surfaced, raising further questions as to whether the two were actually married. The photos of Barack Obama Sr. attending a University of Hawaii party in the early 1960s, which surfaced on the Internet, show him enjoying the company of fellow students without the presence of Ann Dunham. His demeanor evident in the three photographs suggests a familiarity with women that would give...

Well, it appears Orly Taitz's latest challenge against Pres. Obama's birth certificate has been thrown out of court. Judge David. O. Carter's decision was announced Thursday morning. Judge Carter wrote in his decision that the Plaintiffs had asked the court to "effectively overthrow a sitting president who was popularly elected by We the People, sixty-nine million of the people." I am heartbroken. No one is willing to stand up against this man. Here was a judge who said virtually nothing would stop this case from moving forward, yet now...it is clear someone got to him. I am losing hope for...

A U.S. district court judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit involving Orly Taitz seeking to have President Obama removed from office because he is not a natural born citizen of the United States. In his dismissal – which is, despite the legalese, a pretty entertaining read – Judge David O. Carter writes that removal of a sitting president for any reason "is within the province of Congress, not the courts." *snip* "Respecting the constitutional role and jurisdiction of this Court is not unpatriotic," continues Carter. "Quite the contrary, this Court considers commitment to that constitutional role to be the ultimate...

Judge Carter: “The writ of quo warranto must be brought within the District of Columbia because President Obama holds office within that district.” I was impressed with the integrity of Judge Carter’s ruling today. It gives me hope that the POTUS eligibility issue will eventually have its day in court on the merits. POLITICAL QUESTION DOCTRINE. Congress is the branch the Constitution empowers to remove a sitting President. The power to judicially enforce any review of POTUS eligibility is a pre-requisite to judicial involvement as the federal courts do not have the power to issue simple advisory opinions. A declaratory...

This morning, a U.S. District Court Judge in Santa Ana dismissed a federal lawsuit challenging President Obama’s election on the grounds he wasn’t born in the U.S. In his opinion, Judge David O. Carter stated that it is not within the constitutional power of the federal courts to “overthrow a sitting president.” The case, brought forward by California attorney Orly Taitz, a leader of the so-called “birther” movement, claims that Obama doesn’t meet the constitutional qualifications to be president because he has not shown he is a “natural born citizen” of the U.S..........."

Though his channel remains public, Pastor James David Manning has been restricted from posting new material on YouTube for “hate speech”, simply for stating his religious views. I warned you this was coming. In some parts of Europe, you can now be arrested for simply stating what the Bible says about homosexuality. Though it hasn’t come to that yet in America, you better believe it is coming soon, friends. With the passage of the new “hate crimes” bill, this opens up the door for an all out assault on religion and free speech.

Judge Carter Ruling on MTD

WASHINGTON – How did a supposedly "bogus" story questioning Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency get to the top of the news budgets of every major media outlet in the country? It didn't happen by accident. Three months ago, Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WorldNetDaily, the largest independent news source on the Internet, hatched a plan to do just that – create public awareness and media curiosity. Frustrated by the lack of coverage of what he considered to be an issue of extraordinary importance, Farah launched a national billboard campaign asking the question: "Where's the birth certificate?"...

In little noticed remarks, Michelle Obama stated at a public event that her husband's mother, Ann Dunham, was "very young and very single" when she gave birth to the future U.S. president. Bloggers are buzzing about a law clerk who purportedly works in the same California court that's hearing a lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president – and his possible ties to a law firm that has defended Obama in other eligibility cases. A Wikipedia page has been cited by dozens of bloggers after it listed Siddarth Velamoor as one of the newest law clerks for federal Judge David Carter – who is hearing the eligibility case Barnett v. Obama, in the Central District, Southern Division Court in Santa Ana, Calif. Velamoor is also listed in the Martindale lawyer database...

What drives these fringe crazed people on all sides of the aisle? Is it that feeling that something is just, not quite right? Is it the nagging question of why would someone continue to hide something in order to antagonize those that are trying to hold him accountable for the transparency that he promised? Or are you just tired of Obama getting away with it? A great conspiracy started during the 2008 Election Primary by a Hillary Clinton supporting Liberal lawyer from Philadelphia (Philip Berg) who saw that Obama was about to beat Hillary to the nomination and so he...

Now all I am doing is acting to collect my award: Hearing in person aka winning in person. You can...

I don't know if anyone has brought this up yet, but it certainly raises some questions about her in my mind - especially since she is taking such a prominent role in the "birther" movement. She was a captain in the U.S. Army, assigned to Military Intelligence; but now retired she’s fighting a war on two fronts. Captain Pamela Barnett is lead plaintiff in a case that could lead to the removal and life-time imprisonment of Barack Hussein Obama on charges of high-crimes, election fraud, campaign fraud, and a laundry list of campaign financing violations. But Captain Barnett is not shirking her duty to defend her fellow Plaintiffs in the case: no, she is rebutting the lies and falsehoods promoted by the widely followed, but often errant and politically correct, Bill O’Reilly of Fox News....

President Obama he has paid nearly $1.7 million to his top eligibility lawyer since the election. Obama for America, Obama's 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as "Obama 2.0" is still collecting financial contributions. Federal Election Commission records for "Obama for America" show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,666,397.01 since the 2008 election. The most recent sum, $314,018.06, was listed in Obama for America's October Quarterly report filed with the FEC.

On last night's O'Reilly Factor (Oct 27, 2009), Bill O'Reilly sat stupidly while Lis Wiehl made several conspicuously false statements regarding the facts related to Obama's birth documentation. Referring to the "birthers", Ms. Wiehl stated that "It's this whole movement that says that Obama was elected from a bad, unconstitutional point of view because he was not born in the United States. That's been litigated. Congress investigated. His birth document from Hawaii was shown." First, regarding "That's been litigated" this case has never actually been heard in open court (because the plaintiffs have been denied standing). Second, regarding "Congress investigated."...

I'm curious as to what is going on with the birth certificate fighters - I haven't seen any updates recently from Mr. Donofrio or Ms. Tickley. There's been no news from Orly (since her $20,000 appeal), nothing from Mr. Berg and Judge Carter has yet to make a decision on the MTD.<> Did Obama's thugs gather them all up and throw them over a cliff? Or perhaps (I wish) are "they" all collaborating with Judge Carter? Or am I just looking in the wrong threads? (I use the search engine and type in birth certificate).

Last paragraph from judge Carter about the "dates" is interesting to parse. Carter: Concerning the dates, I'm going to delay that, because you both agreed to the dates, and therefore, in the order, if we're going forward, the dates will be set out as agreed upon. There's nothing to decide today in terms of scheduling conference. If we're not going forward, then the dates are meaningless. A few days after this hearing the judge put out an order confirming the dates.
