Basket full of adorables ping.
Good for her ...
My daughter works at a place in the mall where people can come in and play with cats. We wound up adopting a kitten from there.
Post pics, please. :)
Is it a cat cafe type deal?
Of course you did:

Awww. Bless her heart. So glad the bureaucrats didn’t forbid due to “risks” or whatever.
I rescue strays all the time and live with a houseful - they are magical creatures.
God Bless that lady and the kittens.
That’s heartwarming!
So sweet! But now my monitor is all blurry. :-)
LOL Reminds me of a short theatrical show my son did in high school where he had his sister’s hamster and was doing magic tricks with it and then at the end of the show he threw it out into the audience. It was, of course, a stuffed hamster but had the desired affect.
*sniff*
Just lost my kitteh last weekend.
had her for about 16 years.
Can’t get one right now, it’s just too soon.
I share your pain, I lost my Squeek a little over a month ago.
As much as I resisted, I finally broke down and adopted a 5 month old about a week and a half ago.
She remains in hiding from the moment I get up in the morning until I go to bed then she uses my bed, my head and my hands as her playground throughout the night..........
If I suddenly sit up then she's off the bed and gone. After a couple minutes when I lay back down, she's back up on the bed again........I can't figure that out.
Actually, the trouble with kittens, adorable as they are, is that they become kind of exhausting. But the bonding experience helps turn them into great cats who have learned your routines and like to hang out with you. And all they ask is to sleep 16 hours a day and a couple of nice meals.
An attentively and well raised cat is a wonderful friend. I've had a number of stellar ones in my life, including a gigantic feral Maine Coon
I miss them terribly, and would welcome the company of any of them now.
I think your little fur baby is beginning to bond with you, but is just a little too shy yet.
She’ll come around!
