Why doesn’t anyone talk about how what restroom anyone uses is way outside the purview of the constitution and is not, in any sense, an issue for the federal government? If they can tell you where you may go to the bathroom then there isn’t anything they cannot tell us to do.

So of a female is in the restroom and one of these males that think they are a females walks in can she sue for sexual harrassment? She should call the police.
