Right Reason has been removed from our Just Laws-—no Reason and no Natural Law-—two basic, fundamental elements of our “Justice” (virtue) System.

You’ve frequently attempted to support Christianity with sub-Christian reasoning. Christianity needs no such help. It is driven from the divine Christ who was incarnated as Jesus.
What people call “common sense” is only a shadow of truth, and cannot always account for all righteousness. It couldn’t, since the fall in the Garden. Note in the referenced article that the big “common sense” objection is to men dressing as women and then appearing in women’s rooms where they will be more likely than other visitors to try to molest the occupants. The case here is the other way around — a case where even the “common sensers” would say there is no such risk. In fact for someone dressed as a man to show up in a women’s room could, by “common sense,” be said to be a breach of the peace.
Making the men’s room the default destination in case of question would solve the “common sense” issues that were raised here. It still would not embrace “all righteousness” but again, secular law was never intended to do that.
If “Right Reason” means to order everybody on pain of secular penalty to follow Christian principles, then I demur from participation in it. And I believe that Christ is the only way to heaven and the only avoidance of hell, quite an important thing — but I also believe that introduction of Him on any basis other than invitation is to betray His character. The love that must be exercised towards Christ to accept salvation is, by very definition, voluntary. It’s the Muslims who think they can enforce something of the sort by swordpoint, which is the only way secular law can carry on. Railing at our earthly rulers for debauchery, real or imagined, is by no means a substitute for gospel. Let us never mix the two systems.
