Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby has dropped all charges against the remaining police officers (video below). All charges were dropped against all the officers who faced trial in connection with the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray April 2015.
The decision was announced during pretrial motions for Officer Garrett Miller, who was the next to face charges of second-degree assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

Word travels fast in most legal circles. Always best not to piss off a judge. You win some, you lose some. Judges do make mistakes of law sometimes, but you sure as hell don’t make a comment about it outside of an appellate brief!

The Baltimore mayor was on tv today. She agreed with the judge, not with Mosby.
If the Mosbys of the world get their way, and get Social Justice and Reparations, what happens to the half black/half whites. What happens to those of us who have black slave ancestors, (and also Cherokee) but we look ghostly white. Do they plan to judge us by how much negro blood we have, DNA, etc? Remember our dear leader obama is only half black. Would he be required to suffer for the past crimes of his white folks, or get reparations for his black ancestors? This is a serious question. I have noticed a lot of light skinned “black” with light hair and some times green or light brown eyes. How black do you have to be to receive “Social Justice”? I think they just want to riot, protest, complain, burn, and pillage...
I am an attorney. I argued my butt off yesterday in front of a judge. Lost all three motions and my client headed back to lockup. I smiled, nodded, and told the judge “thank you” and “see you on the 16th. Sometime down the road, when it’s a close call either way, the judge will remember how a rough day was handled. They don’t forget.

I think the cop union waited till the last of the charges were dismissed....and it’ll go with evidence to the state board to disbar her. Hard to say how she’ll handle that.

It will be a badge of honor for her. There is a strategy here. I don't think it was deliberate in the Travon Martin case, but the more black (criminal) kids got shot, the more this strategy crystalized. For the social justice warriors, losing is good. It is good because it adds fuel to the fire that the system is corrupt and out to get blacks. Since every loss throws gasoline onto the fire, might as well go big and lose big.

From accounts I read of the two bench trials, the prosecution pretty much did that anyway .... Judge Williams was NOT amused.

well, if I was the Judge, and Mosby put a target on my back, I’d be bringing her up on contempt of court for a few days of mandatory psychiatric evaluation, for starters.
They got six million dollars of taxpayer to divide among themselves!
...criticizing a judge who rules against you in court is basically a career-ending move.
