She learned well from Obama: Create a problem, and then blame someone else for it. Here in Texas Ronnie Earl did something similar. Had no case against Kay Bailey Hutcheson. Dropped the case, and blamed the judge.

I’m not an attorney, but it seems to me to be a universal rule that no lawyer who is on the losing end of a judge’s decision ever comes out in public and criticizes the judge.

I remember Obama blasting the Supreme Court in a State of the Union speech.

This judge was appointed by either Clinton or Obama. She probably thought he would go along with her on the 6, she misjudged him, He judged well., she said oops, its his fault I didn't have any evidence.
