Rubio on Trump Attacking Hispanic Judge: I Warned You Guys This Was Gonna Happen…
Mediaite ^ | 4:38 pm, June 6th, 2016 | Josh Feldman

Marco Rubio said weeks ago he has serious concerns about Donald Trump, but he’s supporting the GOP nominee and he won’t be “taking shots” at who voters chose. But that doesn’t mean he’s stopped swiping at Trump altogether.

In an interview with WFTV, Rubio smacked down Trump’s attacks against a Hispanic judge, saying, “I think it’s wrong. He needs to stop saying it. That man is an American… I don’t think it reflects well on the Republican party.”

But while Rubio still plans on supporting Trump, he’s making it clear that he “warned this is what was gonna happen” if Trump became the GOP nominee.

Rubio said “I didn’t want this to be the choices before us,” but at the same time “I gave my word” to the party.

Well the ancestry is, at least plausibly, illegales. And this guy appearing to stand up for more incursion of illegales puts him at conflict of interest with Donald regardless of the merit of Donald’s case. The attempt to keep the case alive when the plaintiff is not complaining makes it particularly notorious.

Irresistible force, you have just met immovable object.

Yes he did. Trump needs to refocus his attention on Clinton.

“It’s amazing how every news outlet I’ve heard presents this story as Trump attacking a judge of Mexican ancestry for no reason other then his ancestry. And without a single word about the judge’s association with Hispanic advocate groups.”

Because telling the whole story would spoil their accusations of Racism.

And the GOPe, the MSM and the Democrats fear truth like a vampire fears sunlight.

Rubio is exactly what i don’t want in a leader. And does any serious person think a la raza lawyer for a judge will result in a fair trial?

Again, Trump just tells it like it is.

Is Rubio asserting that the judge is NOT biased?? Based on what would he make that claim, given the judge’s association with various specifically Hispanic ethnic group organizations?

There are a lot of people who are “Americans” but have decidedly anti-American sentiments, such as those expressed by a group calling itself,”La Raza”. Republicans that are really RINOs also comes to mind.

Yes, Rubio gave his word to the party, but that does not you have to sell your soul to the party and support a buffoon.

La Raza isn’t exactly shy about their own version of racial supremacism either. “Everything within the race, nothing outside of it.”

The ultimate question to investigate is whether this La Raza Attorneys’ Association is a front for the National Council of La Raza. Curiel ought to be drummed out of office, not just the Trump case, if it is.

We have a perfect storm going here, and Trump’s populist base isn’t going to find it very popular. The Democrats really scrod up here, this is not mowing Trump down, this is blowing up in their faces.

Maybe judges should be natural born citizens.

The judge is a member of La Raza lawyers association of San Jose which has the express purposes of promoting the interests of Latino communities throughout California, presumably this includes the illegal immigrant community, which obviously creates a conflict in him presiding over a politically charged case with a candidate who has the strong enforcement of immigration law as a major platform.

Seeing this conflict of interest does not indicate racism, rahter it indicates that one is not an idiot.

How plausible can the Democrats (and Curiel) keep the deniability. That’s a big question here.

And “La Raza” is a more in-your-face expression than “Hispanic Affairs” is.

Go to Hell, Rubio, you Gang of Eight Amnesty Ahole.

If I were Trump I would have nothing to do with Little Marco.

This so-called judge belongs to “The Race,” or “La Raza.”

Does anyone think a white judge would have been confirmed if he belonged to a white supremacist type of organization?

Marco Rubio of the La Raza backed gang of eight amnesty bill said that? Not surprised.

I saw the original quotes and couldn’t understand what the problem was. Just a bunch of sissies and “conservatives” whining over the weekly hubbub.

Hey Rube—In case you haven’t noticed, Trump was right about the judge.

Stop being a Cuban and start being an American—It’ll open your eyes.

sell your soul to the party and support a buffoon.

You're on the wrong forum.
