*vanity* Mark Levin still at it
04-27-2016 | Me

Posted on 04/27/2016 8:13:50 PM PDT by Kevin in California

What has happened to him? I used to listen to him religiously everyday on my way home from work. However, over the last 3 weeks or so, I rarely tune him in as I'm tired of his continuous Trump bashing. So today, I figured if I tuned him in, he'd finally admit that Cruz was done after the Trump rout last night. But what does he do on his opening monologue today? Yep, he continues his bashing and whining about Trump meeting up with Bobby Knight today. After 4-5 minutes of his crap, I finally tuned him out and listened to something better...the 70's on 7.

"Hey Mark, give it a rest already and stop drinking the GOPE Koolaid!"

Are you sure you were listening to Levin?

He has signed on with Cruz, I admit, but this seems a little odd.

Rush is part of the Hegelian Dialectic also. If he wasn’t, he would have been destroyed a decade ago-—or killed like Brietbart. As long as he keeps on the plantation and doesn’t effect a TRUE Revolution against the super-elite psychopath sodomites (Lucifereans) who took over this country with the Bush Cartel, he is allowed to get wealthy and be on air.

CIA has owned and monitored all media for decades——and if they don’t get banned or demeaned like a Michael Savage or a Alex Jones or a Drudge, they are not dangerous to the elites.

Truth is DANGEROUS-—and Rush is just a teddy bear.-——to help the pot boil and get us all killed or enslaved (but he will be wealthy and his family will be “saved” (he thinks-—but useful idiots are the first to be killed off).

"3 weeks?

I could not listen to him 3 months ago.

Used to love to listen to him. Can’t do it anymore.

That is precisely what I was going to type.

. . . Cruz is still the constitutional anti-establishment conservative he's always been . . .

After picking H1b Carly if that's conservatism I guess I was never a conservative.

As for Cruz's conservative credentials what conservative legislation has he proposed? I don't know because he never says anything about it. The Junior Senator could have proposed his tax plan as legislation but he didn't.

He may say some conservative things but he's far too young (political experience wise) to hold the mantle of the "only constitutional Conservative". The answer is we don't know if he really is a "Constitutional Conservative" and he is beholden to all his big money supporters.

Trump on the other hand has a record of building things he says he's going to build. So when he says I'm going to build a wall on the Southern border with Mexico I believe him. Given his business experience, when he says he's going to renegotiate our bad trade deals I believe him. Cruz helped give Obama the trade deal that's the Junior Senator's record.

For Levine and Rush to white wash this speaks volumes of what "Conservatism" has become in this country. It's now a term that no knows what it means.

Let's get America back first with borders and jobs for fellow Americans. Then we can do the heavy lifting of defining American Constitutional Conservatism and what that means going forward.

I'm an "America First" Conservative. You can go figure out what that means.

Levin has lost his mind. Why did I ever listen to him? What was I thinking?

Same thing with Mochael Berry in Houston in KTRH. He has gone off the deep end and in doing so brought out a side of him that people had not seen before. He is a mean SOB..

Berry is on WJBO, Baton Rouge, from 5p to 7p, followed by Levin and I have given up listening to their incessant ranting against Trump every hour, every day, of their show, just as you and others have done.

Berry’s wife is from India and I can’t help but wonder if he or his wife was looking for appointment as ambassador to India in return for his outlandish support of Cruz. I wonder what he will rant about when Trump actually becomes the candidate and then buries Hillary in November.

Between the election in November and LSU football it will be an interesting fall season. Geaux Tigers, Geaux Trump!!!

There is nothing wrong with Levin, he is just smarter and not fooled by lifelong democrats who lie about being a conservative.

“I now respect why Limbaugh refuses to endorse. He will not allow transient candidate-politics to tarnish his show by alienating segments of his fan base.”

No, the non-endorsement is a charade. I would not care about his endorsement, but it is his deviousness in back-stabbing Trump that is maddening. He has lost plenty of his listeners.

Limbaugh projects through the callers he selects to be on the air. He carrying out his Sea Island assignment.

“Well, turned on Rush as he was reviewing the speech and all he did was make fun of it”

That is interesting. Maybe Rush was offended because Trump criticized globalism and stated he would put America first.

“[Levin said Trump] didn’t understand what was in [speech]”

In other words, Levin would have us believe that a man who built a ten billion dollar empire cannot understand the concept of “putting America first” or doesn’t understand what globalism is.

Levin and Limbaugh have turned into fools.

Levin is true to his Reagan republican constitutional roots. The problem is that Cruz fits his ideology to a tee, but is just not a likable candidate. It may be his delivery, the way Cruz gets “preachy”, and often has awkward pauses in his delivery. It turns people off. I know this is superficial, but is important in modern csmpaigns.

Hillary Clinton has the same problem. It worked for Cruz in the Texas senate race but does not play well nationally. Months from now when this election is over, I expect Mark to admit this fatal flaw in Sen. Cruz.

"Who are some other fun conservative radio guys I might like?"

Chris Plante, WMAL: 9am - 12pm eastern time, or listen to his podcast. He's funny and smart with great insights. I think Rush must do some of his show-prep by listening to him.

I also used to listen on my way home from work and decided to see what he might have thought about the results from Tuesday. The first words I heard when I turned the radio on were "TED CRUZ" in the shrill voice he gets when he's on a rant.

He then went on to say that Cruz was like David fighting Trump the Goliath. Cruz was David because was the little guy fighting and scrapping for the delegates while Trump was the big, rich Goliath.

I turned the radio off right after that.

Cruz/GOPe are the Goliath here and Trump is David. Cruz has the entire GOPe behind him wrangling delegates. I find it hard to believe that a an Ivy League lawyer with no leadership experience is able to organize such a large enterprise fighting against the entrenched political establishment.

I read most of this thread and their is a common theme. Rush, Levin and Beck are on everyone's S-list many never to return.

I turned off Rush over a year ago (Beck and Levin have also gone bye-bye), for different reasons, a loved one was to potentially move to the Boston area and I wanted to get a feel for what was going on in that neck of the woods, I stumbled upon this guy, Jeff Kuhner.

He was on in the morning slot, but his ratings were so good they fired Rush and put Kuhner in his slot.

He is out of WRKO 680 am in Boston, listen on the web ( see the link you can run with it ) or download their free app from your app store.

He is supposed to get syndicated, but that was over a year ago.

This guy is good folks, give him a listen....

Rush and Levin make their living espousing conservatism like a religion.

I think you hit on an important point here. Rush has been saying for years that "conservatism works every time it's tried." Well, it's not working this time. This must be very disturbing to him. It is a foundational premise for Rush.

“Real” Conservatives and RINOs are both getting schooled by “the Donald” on nationalism, patriotism and populism. Those used to be the cornerstones of conservatism until the “movement” was hijacked by the NWO globalist cable.

I find it hard to believe that a an Ivy League lawyer with no leadership experience is able to organize such a large enterprise fighting against the entrenched political establishment.

Lots of things with Ted don't add up.

Even things which didn't bother me earlier, like when Mitch McConnell didn't absolutely destroy Ted after the "he lied to me" excuse, something which now strikes me as a contrived "good cop, bad cop" way for Ted to continue the "outsider" schtick. Or Ted getting by with "by golly, I'm shocked" over the GOP-elite's "Gran Sasso" operation to restore Thad Cochran to the senate. I was a bit late in not reflexively buying into every excuse Ted - or someone else - made, but I'm there now. His revolting response to the leftist violence at the Trump rally in Chicago and letting a Kennebunkport Bush start steering the ship was when I started choking on the sandwich.

As for Mark Levin, I never enjoyed listening to him, so I can't be disappointed with him. Rush is a different story, as I had drifted back to the EIB after Glenn Beck lost his ability to separate fact from fantasy… but Rush's sudden condescention about Trump supporters made me just turn the radio off.

I agree and feel the same.

And can I add the Goldman Sachs coziness, the Goldman Sachs (forgotten?) loan, Heidi Cruz getting a YUGE promotion after he was elected Senator. Her involvement in the CFR and its promotion of a North American Union....the toss in he’s the “anointed one” and...

I wanted to believe.
