Media Bias: When Michelle Fields, a reporter at the conservative news site Breitbart, accused Donald Trumps campaign manager of accosting her, it was a story that seemed tailor-made for the Drudge Report.

I’m surprised that Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson weren’t supporting her somehow.
Someone’s complaining that Drudge is slanted? Be still my heart. Yeah, he’s slanted. He has never pretended to be otherwise, and last time around he was pro-Romney! I don’t really like the way he portrays Cruz, but he’s Drudge. He has opinions, the banner and pictures sets the tone as he wants it. If you don’t like it, go elsewhere, or click on the numerous unchanging links to get whatever aspects of the story one likes.
Drudge is not the problem. The faux “balanced” reporting of NPR and the alphabet networks, NY Times and AP is the problem.
IBD attacks Drudge for attacking. I don't suppose they see the irony.
I used to think I was missing something by not at least having the sound of Rush in the background each day, but since having to be out of the office more and more, I have realized my Rush subscription is not needed any longer. My new much more reliable stack of stuff comes directly from FR. The plus side is I actually get more accomplished during the day while being better informed, sooner.
Most of us went down the same path on Cruz. The more you look under the hood the more you question and dislike.
Pray America wakes
now that is a really great thought, punishment for a lying journalist that went one bridge too far
but the joy of Rush at lunch is just plain hard to beat
my wife retired and was subjected to Rush at lunch. last week I was gone at lunch and she managed to turn on the receiver, cut out the TV, find the AM frequency and listen to Rush on her own. I know she was proud of her accomplishment with out my help. not bad for an old lady
Oddly enough, my wife is also retired but she is past that and now frequents FR and Breitbart while the TV is running Columbo, Mattlock and all the other sleuth reruns.
I initially thought there were three on the Republican side, Carson, Cruz & Trump. But I came to realize there were really only two, Carson & Trump, Cruz is all about the power, period.
Drudge is not a journalist. He runs a blog which consists of links to news sources. His blog is uniques in that unlike traditional bloggers who post their own long-form commentary, Drudge’s opinions are reflected in which stories he chooses to link to - as well as the headlines and photos he uses to link to them.
He is under no obligation to link to any particular stories or to be “fair and balanced”.
I find it far more disturbing that the NY Times, considered a “reputable news source” written by “journalists”, routinely ignores stories that don’t conform to its left-wing, pro-Democrat party agenda.
We used to organize right on these very pages during the Clinton era. The whole March on Washington event in 1998 was planned here. I miss those days and I miss Dr. Raoul (A protest leader in NJ & PA. RIP).
How did Donald find the only one? /s
Was IBD taken over by Salem Witch Media too?
Ben is no lib., But there are rumors among Breitbart staffers that he is schlonging Michelle Fields, which would explain why he is willfully blind to her obvious lies.
Baloney,Jim said at least twice that he’d be happy with Trump or Cruz. I’m a Cruz supporter, but him not defending Trump against the red guards was nauseating.
Michelle’s reply (tongue-in-cheek post):
What the camera angle does not show is Lewandowski’s groin. He grabbed me and pressed his “turgid” penis against my hip.!”
Sexual assault...the last confines of a feminist’s argument...
meh. Fields lied. It was a non story
Drudge is an aggregator. He can pick what he wants
Nicely played
