JANUARY 22, 2016 ~ CONSISTENTCONSERVATIVES
This is an emergency means for us to keep in touch with our FRiends, who are real Conservatives, in case of purging. Or, if there is no purging, do we really want to continue our discussions in the forum where the owner despises us for not supporting his non-Conservative candidate?
My purpose is to figure out what to do to continue our discussions to advance Conservatism.
Actually they don’t say much about Ted or consistent conservatism. But they do consistently hate Trump and Trump supporters.
If a person loves being sanctimonious, that is the place for you.
Perhaps it won’t be long until they change the name to constantly consistent losers. LOL

It isn’t much cause money is tight, but I just dropped $20 in the FReepathon.

I am currently a Cruz guy, but this is why I am wavering. I see Trump as having the ability to go around the media. After they drug Barry across the finish line twice, I see a strong need for a candidate that can effectively over the heads of the media and directly to the American people. Trump has shown this ability, Cruz not so much.
I went to the site and noticed that. They're pretty much the most long-winded, self-important posters on FR.
If it's any consolation to us, maybe they'll bore themselves to death over there.
I am staying here. I am obviously pro Cruz and I don’t like Trump. I have been guilty of being overly negative of Trump, And having a bad attitude.
I have begun been making my best effort to influence positive dialog on FR.
A few ideas that could help things improve here.
Whoever you support stop the constant posting of material intended to bash and making fun of Cruz/Trump. It will not result in any kind of positive dialog, and will encourage others who are for Cruz/Trump to attack in kind. It is ok to discuss what you may think is error or incorrect in a post, but personal attacks, vulgar language, and using the Lords name in vane have no place on FR.
Being Pro Cruz myself, there is nothing anyone could post at this point to convince me that Trump is the better choice. I am certain also that is where most Pro Cruz people are. I have said before that I wouldn’t vote for Trump, to me he is the exact opposite of what I stand for as a Christian Conservative. I may reconsider should the contest end up being Trump vs Hillary or Sanders, as I could not vote for either. Since no votes have been cast and I pray every day that choice will not come. I must continue to say GO TED CRUZ
Make the best possible case for your candidate as you can, stop the bashing it helps no one.

I don’t even know these Cruz supporters and they made and make assumptions about me that are outright lies. It’s mind boggling. I have been insulted by so many Cruz supporters on FR for supporting Trump and because of my screen name, which they absolutely hated. I have been called a “bitch,” “whore,” ect. I had to literally take breaks from FR and go into my prayer closet with the Lord about what was happening. It was disgusting.
Cruz supporters hated me posting anything that made Cruz look badly. Yet, they trashed Trump non-stop. That’s hypocritical.
And, I don’t live in India like the “Consistent Conservatives” say. They saw me posting informative articles as an Army Officer who was on leave during the Christmas holiday with my family. But they made insulting remarks about my service and gender. What is wrong with them???
And, I am NOT a “Clintonite either.” As an uninformed woman who grew up in the 80’s and one who used to be a Democrat, my whole race and family thought Clinton did a better job as President for Blacks than Obama. I’m not backing away from that. That does not mean, however, that I support the abuse of women by Clinton, some in which I was not aware of. But, who are Cruz supporters to judge me? They need to look in the mirror at themselves.
I pray for those who want “group think” because I will not participate in it. That’s exactly what Blacks did and was criticized for it. I have my own opinions and a candidate I have chosen to support. I really don’t understand what these Cruz supporters want???
Truer words. All I know is that I'd keel over without the site.
Guess that argues for a trip for the checkbook.
It may be rowdy here, but it is not any fun when everyone does groupthink.
This happens every POTUS election.
Free Republic is the only site for me, and I will support Trump or Cruz.
