Wisconsin avoided yet another challenge to its voter photo-ID law as a U.S. appeals court panel split evenly on a request to reconsider an order allowing the measure to be in force for elections on Nov. 4.
The 5-5 vote Friday by judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago let stand a Sept. 12 three-judge order allowing the state to keep the 2011 provision in place.

It’s mathamatically impossible when you have more IDs than you have people to award them to.
A massive surge in people filing for ID cards for multiple identities all at the same time in the short space of one month would blow the fraud
About 300,000 of the state’s more than 3 million voters lack qualifying IDs, according to the law’s challengers.
They should be Required to Prove this to the Court, and when they fail miserably, lock them up for Contempt and have them all disbarred.
Some things just scale up.
If courts are going to rule whole states where some have ID required and some don’t, perhaps we’ll see whole states scale up their actions, shown to be quite successful in small precincts and districts of downtown Philly and elsewhere.
Can you imagine a whole state with votes that exceed registrations?
Of course, we still have the electoral college that makes it ineffective for presidential elections... perhaps this is why the left wants to abolish the EC.

As much as I hate to give liberals credit for anything, they are persistent and unyielding in their aims. They never quit.
Conservatives and Republicans could and should take a page from their book.
Are they fingerprinting, retina scanning or DNA testing them at the time of registration?
That should invalidate the results in any district where it happens.

I heard this on the radio today.
I still, however, won’t believe it until election day is over and voter ID was required.

I think that’s why most of them look so haggard, they’re working double shifts constantly.
They probably have facial recognition software to prevent one person from obtaining multiple IDs. But, who knows whether some unionized government workers at the DMV will overlook some cases here or there.
Ah, but it would be racist or sexist or homophobic to use it, depending on who the flavor of the month is.
