Full Appellate Court splits 5-5 on Voter ID for Wisconsnin. Voter ID stands. Free IDs also remain.

About 300,000 of the state’s more than 3 million voters lack qualifying IDs, according to the law’s challengers.

They should be Required to Prove this to the Court, and when they fail miserably, lock them up for Contempt and have them all disbarred.

Some things just scale up.

If courts are going to rule whole states where some have ID required and some don’t, perhaps we’ll see whole states scale up their actions, shown to be quite successful in small precincts and districts of downtown Philly and elsewhere.

Can you imagine a whole state with votes that exceed registrations?

Of course, we still have the electoral college that makes it ineffective for presidential elections... perhaps this is why the left wants to abolish the EC.
