It’s mathamatically impossible when you have more IDs than you have people to award them to.
A massive surge in people filing for ID cards for multiple identities all at the same time in the short space of one month would blow the fraud
“It is mathematically impossible” for all who need IDs to get them before the election”....
Those same people will vote anyway along with the thousands of dead people, dogs and comic characters you ever heard of.
