A massive surge in people filing for ID cards for multiple identities all at the same time in the short space of one month would blow the fraudAre they fingerprinting, retina scanning or DNA testing them at the time of registration?

They probably have facial recognition software to prevent one person from obtaining multiple IDs. But, who knows whether some unionized government workers at the DMV will overlook some cases here or there.
