Read a poll here on FR last night, Posted by another FReeper, and had a hard time sleeping. I woke up this morning with a couple of questions:
1. When 34% of the Tea Partiers polled are going for Romney, Paul or no one in FL today, what the hell is going on?
2. When many Evangelicals are voting for a Marxist Mormon today in FL, what the hell is going on?
I'm to the point that I've decided that most voters in America are stupid and this nation deserves what it will get with four more years of Barack Hussein Obama in the White House. So, let the good times roll, mama. To hell with all of them.
Roll up our sleeves and work harder. The goal is to help the moderates realize that they’re really Republicans. That’s the fight. Then, we show the foolish Democrats the way to prosperity.
Accusing that generation with being obsessed with cool and consumed with American Idol, serves to dimiss their legitimate concerns. I could elaborate, as I’ve discussed them with the kids, but I’ll leave it at a JMHO.

You are going to have to get down and dirty to dislodge the Kenyan from the throne. Newt is not exactly a slouch in this skillset either.

Then they are foolish. Romney supports abortion and always has. His record as Governor is that of an uber-liberal. And he appointed two judges that belonged to homosexual rights groups and that ushered in homosexual “marriage” through the courts.
They absolutely have legitimate concerns however the solution must presented to them in a cool wrapper.
It’s a purple state overrun with northern moderates and liberals and even some Canadians and a lot of liberal non Cuban latinos too

very little of socially conservative Florida left south of the panhandle...little branches here and there thru the center spreading southwards....mostly blocked by the big blue state blob of Orlando and then continuing on to Ockeechobee and Cape Sable
this trend continues...Florida may become totally blue
hence Romney would be expected to do well even without his 5-1 TV ad expenditure and conservatives splitting the vote

Rick Santorum is costing Newt the state of Florida. Period. Those who are supporting him this day are voting for Mitt Romney. Those who have been through the political wars over the last half century have seen the song and dance before. Mitt Romney will lose.

It starts with an honest admission that either of them would still be a vast improvement over Obama. Just possibly the best way to settle it would be for both to step aside and support a compromise candidate. Rick Santorum has Romney's great hair and schlong control. And Gingrich's conservative positions.

The problem my friend is that “NO”, Mitt Romney is not better than Obama. Has our liberal buddy, Soros, put it, there is not much difference here. Many, including me, actually see Mitt Romney as far more dangerous than Mr. Obama. We can resist Obama, Romney will have the energy of the Rebpulican establishment behind him. He will so damage the Conservative brand that we will no longer be able to distinguih it from democrats. What, maybe that as already happened.
The people can be bought by fancy TV ads. The old Soviets were stupid to have spent all their rubles on Atomic weapons. All they needed to do was hire some great Mad Men PR and they could have bought the UNITED STATES and gotten Gus Hall elected President a long time ago. Someone said a people get the leadership they deserve. The Tea Party was bought—at least they didn’t go cheap.
This vote will be the end of the second amendment, privacy, the Internet and Israel. We deserve Mitt Romney and Obama.
Mormons are to Glorify God with their actions! There has been nothing to Glorify God from Mitt’s actions these past few weeks.
The Dems pieced their party together after Obama/Clinton which went down to the wire so hopefully we can do the same.
