MIAMI (AP) — Seven central Florida teenagers were arrested after authorities said they punched and kicked a 13-year-old until she was unconscious while on a school bus.
The victim told authorities that Friday was her first time riding the bus and no one would let her sit down. About 75 children were riding the bus bound for a middle school in Ocala, a rural city north of Orlando. The victim said someone threw a shoe at her and she threw one back, according to an arrest report.
One girl allegedly asked students if they wanted to hit the victim, then instructed the teens to form a circle and began hitting and kicking the victim. Several witnesses said they saw the girl fall to the floor and "appear to have a seizure and pass out," according to the arrest report.
The victim, who is not being identified, was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with a concussion, severe bruising on her head and muscle spasms.

Where was the bus driver? With 75 kids on the bus why don’t they have an adult supervisor on board too? I wasn’t aware that school buses would carry that many kids.
Hoodlums.
75 kids? On a normal school bus? Sounds like they were asking for trouble. Our kids seem to act in mobs now without direction or purpose. This was once a decent area.
Here’s another one. I wish I could say I was surprised, but I’m not. That alone says volumes about the government schools.
25 benches of 3 seats will carry 75 passengers when filled — not an implausible capacity if the number of buses is being kept to a minimum.
I suppose all the driver is expected to do if a riot breaks out on board is to pull over and call the cops. May be in a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation.
I thought all students had to be seated. Why didn’t the bus driver pull over and call the police; this is assault on a minor by the other students.
So driver just continues on her route, without a care in the world....
Government schools are the problem. The fact that they are government-run is the problem in and of itself

Things like this happen any time you have the inmates running the asslyum. And the inmates have been incontrol for some time. Future Democrat Party office holders.
Sadly, this isn’t surprising. Our society no longer values human life and it’s obvious to teens.

See the story for more details. Driver stopped, broke up fight, continued, fight resumed, driver drove bus to nearby school and called for help.
Maybe such fights are rare there and there aren’t any protocols (yet). But this was a nasty one.

when my son was a teen, he was beaten up on a bus. I called, asked why the driver didn’t stop it, he said he thought they were just having fun. I started driving my son and daughter to and from school, and did so until they both graduated.
Budding young sociopath. Does this evil little creature deserve to be humanely treated when it displays such vicious subhuman traits? Would it be cruel to remove it's ability to reproduce?
Where was the bus driver while this was happening?
