(CNN) The White House released President Obama’s original birth certificate Wednesday.
The surprise release follows recent and sustained remarks by businessman Donald Trump, among others, that raised doubts as to whether the president was born in the United States.
Yeah, it really is a sideshow. But it's a symptom of the fullness of the Obama problem. His background is so unusual and vague, and his motives are so suspect, that it's a little disorienting to challenge him.
And yet, his track record in the last couple years are abysmal. Our economy has deteriorated; our foreign policy is in shambles; and our culture is fractured and disjointed.
And yet, the GOP can't seem to grasp the message because they fear that they will be made out to be bad guys in the media. All the while, Obama is riding this country roughshod into ruin.

I’m not an expert (surprise!) but this thing doesn’t look like a LF...it looks like the COLB with a pinch of extra lies...hospital but no doctors, weight, height, etc...
The K’s in Kapiolani, Kenya and Kalanianaole are all tilted in the same direction. The height error in Kansas can be caused by typing too fast if the typebars get jammed. It would also cause a lighter print to appear.
I suspect that Obama Sr was not the bio father, and that the bio father was Frank Marshall Davis (who was married at the time to another woman). Frank could not marry Ann. Obama Sr, a foreign student, was a convenient candidate to make O Jr legitimate, and by marrying Ann would have it easier to get US citizenship. Everybody wins.

Yup, today is the fed's FIRST-EVER press conference...as in FIRST-EVER in history. Press reports than Bernake has been practicing for weeks.
Maybe the long form BC was just a card obama has been keeping up his sleeve for such a time.

His dual citizenship has excluded him from the club.
In Obama’s case it would list his mother and his adoptive father as the parents.
I don’t know what they do with microfilm copies. All I was told was the old bc no longer exists.

Has anyone ever produced a marriage certificate for Stanley and Barack the Kenyan?
If that’s true, then it should be more than 4 numbers different OR there has only been four people who got their COLBs from the time of Nordykes. The numbers are file numbers and they don’t change.
Get the .pdf, folks, and enlarge it to 400%. You will never believe this is a real document after you do that.
Anomalies include:
1) A typewriter that has different capital “M” for the words “OBAMA” and “P.M.”
2) Green letters and black letters right next to one another; usually dates.
3) Within a given word, say “STANLEY”, the “S” is pixelated completely differently than “TANLEY”
4) The “Date Accepted by Local Reg.” in the bottom right has a clearly lame cut-and-paste of “AUG 8, 196” and the numeral “1” is from a totally different font, source, color, etc.
5) Check the heavy pixelation of the “Signature of the Attendant”. It is very boxy, and irresolved. Check the relatively smooth non-pixelation of the “Date of Signature” handwriting to the right. I know of no way these different levels of resolution could have come from the same scan.
It just looks like a bad cut-and-paste job to me.
It certainly does. One had to be resident for x number of years before naturalization. Arthur lied about the dates so as to imply he was resident a sufficient amount of time to be naturalized.

I dunno, it looks like one should. Kinda new looking, but that might be because it's been filed all these years. The one big question I have is what in the world is going on with the left side of the certificate? It looks like it's been cut an inch or so and folded back under the rest of the paper....just looks odd. Outside of her having him at 18, pregnant at 17 and under age, don't see anything else to question....unless it's proven a fake, I'll have to accept it and move on.
