OTOH...maybe their cyanide dosages were at higher levels than we’ve had to swallow.

They’ve still got lots more in their system than us who have been forced into dealing with their RINO votes.

I answered your question in post 966.

Checkmate, FRiend......McCain neutered the party of national defense with McCain/Feingold enabling of the 'Rat dominance. Screw him; he's as much a traitor to Republicans as he was to his cellmates in his so-called "hero days".

F*ck him.

In a word, NO!

I would vote for McCain in a heartbeat if it will keep a Democrat especially Clinton out of the White House.

You can vote for McCain and hope to stop Hillary/Obama. Not voting for McCain is just another tick toward either Hillary or Obama...most likely, Hillary.

Sorta like in 2006, we’ll show ‘em how to spite our faces...look, we’ve cut off our noses!

“If Hillary gets the nomination I will vote for McCain. Otherwise I will probably vote 3rd party.”

So you would let Edwards or Obama in the White House?

You know I’ve been patient with your delusional state of mind long enough. McCain’s a crackpot. One needs only look at his liberal record to see that he is not a conservative but a rino. You want a rino? Then you vote for him. I sure as hell won’t.

I don’t think we need the fringe voters with McCain. As proven in New Hampshire he is perfectly capable of pulling in enough conservative Democrat and Independent voters to offset any losses from the extreme right.

Hillary would probably shut down all the conservative blogs. And you know what law gives her the power to do that? McCain-FeinGold. So Mcain is better?

Oh, the irony!

You got about 20% of the Republican vote in NH. Most of those McCain voters are Democrats in everything but name. In polls just days before the election they were planning on voting for Obama. They only switched to voting in the Repub contest because all the pre Election polls said Obama was winning in a walk while the GOP race in NH was close. Given those same voters a choice between Democrat and Democrat lite McCain in a General Election, most will not vote for McCain.

Nice try at whistling pass the McCain graveyard but you cannot win an Election as a Republican without the Conservative base. McCain would lose Va-Oh-Fla and Co because those closely balanced states require the candidate to turn out the solidly Christan conservative vote to win. McCain cannot do that. His opportunists swing with the breezy political record will cause a good chunk of the Conservative base to stay home in Nov 2008. Why vote for a Republican who will be a Democrat in everything but name in his policy agenda?

You are confusing national likability polls with election results. Elections are won in the States due to the Electoral College, they are not won by just who is the most likable candidate. McCain may do well in terms of votes, he cannot win on the state by state board facing the GOP in Nov 2008

I notice you McCainiancs are just like the Hillary drones. It all cult of personality with you people. It all mindless adoration of his personality with not a single word about his agenda or what he has done.

Given McCain track record of slavish obsequiousness to the US Junk Media and his habitual knifing of the Conservative Movement in the back, it is guaranteed that a McCain Administration would appoint judges that were acceptable to the Leftist controlled Congress as a “gesture of bi-partisanship” and to “prove his maverick credentials”

No thanks. IF we are going to get a Big Govt Socialist agenda imposed on us, Conservatives should want it to come from the Democrats. We certainly don’t want it to come from a mis-labed “Conservative” McCain administration. That way the Democrats at least get the blame.

With McCain we get 100% of the blame for everything and zero of our agenda enacted into law. The worse of all worlds politically.

Did you ever read this?

Stifling the www? Online Freedom of Speech Act (H.R. 1606)

"1606 is needed because federal courts have ordered the Federal Election Commission to regulate "electioneering communications" on the Internet because of the Bipartisan Campaign Finance Reform Act (McCain-Feingold). If H.R. 1606 fails to become law, your Web site or blog could be shut down for the 30 days prior to a primary election and the 60 days prior to a general election should you express "electioneering communications."

Or this?

John McCain, you treasonous bastard, I challenge you or any of your traitorous cohorts...

You can scream in caps all you want but McCain does have designs on shutting down the internet.
