Former Gov. Chris Christie said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that after the midterm elections, Republicans needed to make a “fundamental judgment” to become a Party of “us,” not former President Donald Trump and his own selfish desires.
Anchor Martha Raddatz asked, “Donald Trump, let’s talk about Donald Trump. He’s making the rounds in battleground states, going to Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, but not Georgia, very early before the primaries, and he’s not rallying for Governor DeSantis to be re-elected in Florida. What’s going on here?”

He does have a point. Trump needs to step aside and let young guns like DeSantis and Lake step up. I fear that Trump is acting a little like jilted Hillary.
If you drop Christie, it would register a 9 on the Richter Scale.
If they get Trump, they will get DeSantis and Lake. You’d better fight for Trump, because if he loses, they lose.
What is Christie hiding? He can hide a lot.
Trump appears to be dragging the Republicans, kicking and screaming, to victory, in any event. So, no one knows what Christie is talking about.

Not A Snowbird has hit the nail on the head. Donald J. Trump is not selfish. Maybe Christie is. I live in Mexico, I TIP heavily. I tell everyone I give a hefty tip to “pray for Donald J. Trump and to think of him kindly”, as he has taught us to lift the standard and be generous. I get lots of smiles.
