Apparently it is legal, a warrantless surveillance, but Obama did it as a reverse targeting of Flynn. Ostensibly, Obama did it to listen in on Kislyak, but Flynn was his real target.

I guess what I am saying is that I want to know the truth. I think it is most important that every American knows what happened to this President and how dirty the prior administration and deep state played this game.
However, while I agree and think Obama did this or it was done in his name, he will never go down for it. He has underlings for that.
I also think the nation is so divided in such a partisan manner that such knowledge will likely not move the needle too much. It should in a sane world, but we no longer inhabit one. Peoples opinions are largely shaped by the media they consume.
It pains me to write it. The entire country should be outraged at what happened to Flynn, but they are not. How anyone could still believe the Russian collusion delusion is incomprehensible to me.

The COVID-19 mass hysteria has been a huge mistake on their part.
Right now we see outrage coming from those who understand the impact of the economic suicide we’ve committed. Also right now we have those who are content on unemployment but who may very well wake up a few months from now to find they have no job to return to. When a largely divided populace unite in anger, the ending is both unpredictable and uncontrollable.

I’m more inclined to think the transcript came from a Five Eyes partner, except not via the channel defined by the Five Eyes treaty. Change my mind.
The treaty forbids exchanging intelligence via a back channel. Violating the provisions of a US treaty is a Federal crime, AFAIK. No doubt it’s also a serious crime at the other end as well.
The question is, at what level did the back channel function? CIA Director Brennan and his foreign equivalent? AG Lynch and her counterpart? Head of state?

It is what they do. Remember the ‘accidental’ pickup of a call by ‘ordinary’ citizens when Gingrich and the Republicans got a majority. That too, I believe, was right before they were to be sworn in. Oh, and these ‘ordinary’ citizens’ just had to run to the media with it.

it is not only the cell tower gps. it is in every operation designed to surrender your privacy in evey link of the technology stack. it IS a tracking device that tracks other devices, and a powerful tool to predict, track, circumvent your freedom and all actions. in days of old it would be called omniscient and omnipresent... or witchcraft.
Even turning it off reveals something to the trackers. Leaving it at home or putting it in the fridge... all items that would make it less of a homing device, do not change it.
and having a land line used to be more secure. now it is not. all land line’s used to be analog... now ALL at some point are converted or routed over digital signals... meaning your analog and digital voice and words are record-able, searchable and index-able. metrics are collected on all calls, who is called, when, how long, frequency. meta data is formed including the start and end points of the digital renderings of all your communications, so though you are not wiretapped officially.. one warrant can be used to reveal WHERE in the digital renderings, all your conversations are located, which can be opened and reviewed for further actions.
for example... a voice message can be converted to text and inserted as text into the meta file address regarding a phone call you made two years ago... it can be listened to, documented and forwarded to legal authorities or stolen by criminals... which may both be the same person.
illegal search or seizure is a joke.. ALL convos are seized, digitized and documented... and can be searched later with or without a warrant, if it is deemed to be necessary or a mere whim ... of and by all kinds of bad actors.
