And how many people sat it out thinking it wouldn’t matter?

Even if he didn’t take the state, it might help with some of the local elections if more of us Republicans turned out.

Even getting rid of the Democratic ‘supermajority’ in the statehouse would be an excellent thing!

And wouldn’t it be lovely to see those 53(?) CA electoral votes go to Trump?

"Trump Team is very active on this site. Sometimes you’ll see a tweet making a reference that was made here a few hours earlier. Some too unique to be coincidence."

So I am not crazy, no matter what my wife says... ;-)

What causes you to think NY could be in play?

Trump would be wiser to spend in the Pacific time zone shoring up Arizona. With the looming likelihood of two liberal Senators seated there after November, he’d best direct his resources there.

Trump will win California. Bank on it.

When the Californians understand who exactly Shiff and Pelosi really are...and who they work for...it will be a generation before California goes blue again.

“30 points” is how you KNOW it was vote fraud....as MOST Democrat wins since the 1960’s are.

Americans are NOT that stupid

Rush Limbaugh has talked about this idea - Trump making California an issue especially in regard to homelessness. I think it is a worthwhile tactic. Show how Democratic Party policies lead to misery. It’s another way to put the Democrats on the defensive.

He uses words to push things (or pull them) in the desired direction, and just emphasizing one of the several major crises self-engineered by the dope out there will probably invite another verbal outburst by Gov. Nusiance, and put him into an unwinnable position. The DNC already has cash problems and (thanks to the Supreme Court's Citizen's United decision that the Demagogic Party spent a few years trying to campaign against using media shills as well as their social media drones) continue to have fundraising issues, with money heading off into loose cannon groups and candidacies. As George Allen used to say, holding up his hands a short distance apart, the difference between victory and defeat is this much. As their numbers slip in California and some other blue-ish states (and Trump threatened even in places he didn't win), they'll have to shift resources out of places where they think they may have a shot. Even if California doesn't ultimately go for Trump, they'll start to be gripped with fear when the rest of races appear to have been lost. It's gonna be cool. :^)

Nope, not unless I am as well (which is a possibility.) Actually, I have a friend on staff. They ARE here. No specifics beyond that.

The question is how much time and money you want to spend in CA. As much as Trump may want to help turn borderline Congressional districts, his top priority is getting re-elected. Nothing else comes close.

It used to be said that there were more Republicans in California than any other State in the Union...I’m not so sure anymore.

That said, there is zero downside to the President smacking that fop Gruesome around like a rag doll.

There have been a lot of things said that Trump couldn’t do, that he went on to do.

California hasn’t been seriously contested since Reagan. Our Candidates show up once, twice, or not at all. That’s 35 years folks. Our guys have abandoned California, and now we complain about not being able to win there.

With no instate creativity, and no national effort to win the state, our cry’s of “impossible” amount to a baseball team refusing to take the field during a World Series, and then someone saying. “See, I told you they couldn’t win.”

California is worth fighting for on so many different levels. Why do we have such a lopsided situation in the state?

Is it because the Leftist message is better, or is it actually because only one team has taken the field?

The Democrats are out registering voters all the time. I can’t honestly remember the last time I saw a Republican registration drive.

The state has been abandoned for over thirty years. Yep, it’s not winnable until we truly want to.

Trump is a game changer, and if he shows up, he’ll singlehandedly revitalize Conservatism in the state. Folks, if he can do that for the nation, surely you can see that he can do it for one state.

What footsoldier in a battle is inspired to join up or win a battle with no leader? Trump will attract millions of foot soldiers if he campaigns across the state.

Why do we act as if we have the best message, and then declare it incapable of influencing souls?

The nation needs Trump in California, because it is vital that it becomes a force for good again.

“No Republican is going to win CA in our lifetime.”

Think of it as “the GOP Establishment’s gift to America”.

In 1994 when grassroots Californians passed Prop 187 we had to fight the national GOP establishment because they opposed us and sided with illegal aliens.

Bush junior and Jack Kemp were two of the traitorous fools who sided with Mexico’s lawbreaking citizens rather than Americans.

But it’s not illegals who vote in big numbers anyway.

The voting bloc that transformed California into an Obama-Clinton socialist fortress are legal immigrants. They vote left regardless of education and income. And the GOP falls all over itself boasting how they are pro legal immigrant as they are eliminated by that same faction. There’s no fixing stupid.
