(Vanity) Flynn Judge Likely Also Signed FISA Warrant

Posted on 12/07/2017 7:05:06 PM PST by TigerClaws

The Judge recused himself tonight from Flynn's sentencing hearing. Why?

His Bio:

Judge Rudolph “Rudy” Contreras was appointed to the District Court in March 2012. Prior to joining the District Court, Judge Contreras served from 2006 to 2012 as the Chief of the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office of the District of Columbia. In that capacity, he supervised 39 Assistant United States Attorneys who defend and bring civil cases on behalf of the United States. Judge Contreras was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1984 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1991, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Following law school, Judge Contreras joined the law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, where he was an Associate in the General Litigation Group. In 1994, Judge Contreras joined the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division, where he was responsible for a wide array of cases, including employment, Federal Tort Claims Act, Administrative Procedure Act, Bivens and Affirmative Civil Enforcement matters. In 2003, Judge Contreras left the D.C. Office to become the Chief of the Civil Division for the United States Attorney's Office in Delaware, where he oversaw that civil program and personally handled a wide variety of matters, including environmental and health care fraud cases.

Yes.

The Judge taking Flynn's plead deal was most likely the same Judge who signed the FISA warrant based on the Fusion GPS fake dossier which lead to the illegal surveilance of Trump and his team which led to... the plead deal by Flynn.

I’m beginning to wonder if there ever was a FISA warrant. Maybe they just tapped team trump without a warrant?

When you see 92% of Washington DC vote Democrat, this is the ugly underbelly of it. They are all fellow-travellers.

The stories thus far is they went to Judge #1 and that Judge rejected the warrant as overly broad.

So they judge shopped and went to Judge #2 and he signed the FISA warrant.

That led to Obama admin spying on a political opponent during a campagin. And Hillary still couldn’t win!

Can you imagine the media outrage if an outgoing Republican president had signed off on an investigation involving wiretapping of an incoming Democrat administration?

The Democrats and the media are the enemies of the people.

Thanks.

This is the related story from THE HILL tonight:

http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/363885-judge-in-flynn-cases-recuses-himself

The Judge recused himself from the sentencing.

With the information already available in public sources, ANY Judge doing that sentencing may be under an ethical obligation to turn over the case to the Bar to investigate and possibly the IG.

This is a Deep State version of Watergate — wiretapping a political opponent but doing it through the fake Dossier rather than second-rate burglers.

I really wish the General would file a motion to withdraw his guilty plea. His trial would be a complete circus.

Remember that Nixon was brought down by the FBI. The story was fed to the Washington Post by “Deep Throat”, their anonymous source who turned out to be (this is 100% certain and admitted by Woodward and Bernstein) Mark Felt, #2 at the FBI. (Just as McCabe is #2 today.)

That’s him.

Wiki on FISA:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Foreign_Intelligence_Surveillance_Court

As of May 2012, a total of 3,294 individuals had been appointed to federal judgeships, including 2,758 district court judges, 714 courts of appeals judges, 95 judges to the now-extinct circuit courts, and 112 Supreme Court justices.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_federal_judge

Of the 3,294, there are 11 FISA judges in the entire country.

There are 12 judges on the D.C. federal bench.

Odds of the same judge randomly being picked to sign a FISA warrant AND being randomly alotted Flynn’s case?

I think that really depends on just how powerful the Deep State really is. From what I have seen so far, I'd say it is very powerful. If it weren't we wouldn't have this kangaroo process we are witnessing. Perhaps retired Lt. General Flynn knows just how powerful they really are, and figures the risk is too great if it means his son gets indicted.

No it isn't!

Every single president, from FDR through Nixon, taped/recorded conversations in the Oval Office.

Watergate was a stupid break-in, to retrieve a "little black book" that had Maureen Dean's name in it, as a high paid hooker and NOTHING at all to do with bugs nor wire tapping.

This mess has less than NOTHING to do with anything even vaguely related to Watergate!

Let's just say that Vegas would be broke if they placed those odds and only a handful of people actually made the correct bet.

BTW, excellent catch on that point. I think you should send that to Gregg Jarrett over at Fox News. 8>) Or some other real investigative reporters like Solomon I think it is at Daily Caller. Then there is that woman, whose name escapes me at the moment, that broke news with Solomon about Uranium One.
