Attorney General Jeff Sessions will soon announce several criminal leak investigations, Fox News has learned.

A U.S. official familiar with the discussions said Tuesday that the planned announcement surrounding stepped-up efforts on leak investigations has “been in the works for some time and will most likely happen sometime in the next week.”

The news comes in the wake of days of intense pressure on Sessions, with President Trump lashing out and expressing his “disappointment” with the attorney general, through tweets, interviews and news conferences.

I am still not convinced that Sessions and Trump just might be pulling a rope a dope on the establishment. With Trump calling out Sessions and then Sessions making this announcement, then saying it was already ongoing, sounds an awful lot like they are Setting Somebody up for a Big Fall.

It is way past time for this type of ILLEGAL act to be not just investigated, but PROSECUTED.

Prosecute a few of the Deep State types, and put them away for a LOOOONG time, and the rest will fall into line. Maybe even execute one or two.

Ditto for those minions of Clinton or Obama - if there is a significant penalty associated with enabling a big wheel, then future big wheels won’t try to get away with so much law-breaking...because fewer people will be willing to put their freedom, careers or their lives on the line for a crooked pol.

If the ruse is to get the Left to defend and protect Sessions, only Trump needs to know about it.

It works better if cabinet members and WH insiders are not in on it. It gives it more credence.

Because we all know this admin leaks like sieve, between the Obama HOs(holdovers), NeverTrumpers, etc.

So if others know, it would definitely get leaked and foil the plan.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

The article states it has been in the works! Sadly some don’t understand that cases take time especially when Sessions is basically working alone surrounded by Obama hangovers and an FBI that loses or destroys evidence.
