The article states it has been in the works! Sadly some don’t understand that cases take time especially when Sessions is basically working alone surrounded by Obama hangovers and an FBI that loses or destroys evidence.

But on my trusty TV, I saw a re-run of Law and Order where a major crime was committed, investigated, and prosecuted in a one hour episode (with time out for commercials). Are you trying to tell me that with all the resources of the Justice Department, Jeff Sessions can't match that pace. - /S
Seriously, we have been conditioned to expect instant results. The last thing the Attorney General wants is to build a case and have it thrown out because someone made a mistake or someone spoke out of turn to a reporter.
