I agree. Other cabinet members and WH insiders would not have their panties in a bunch as they do if this was just a ruse by POTUS and Sessions.

If the ruse is to get the Left to defend and protect Sessions, only Trump needs to know about it.
It works better if cabinet members and WH insiders are not in on it. It gives it more credence.
Because we all know this admin leaks like sieve, between the Obama HOs(holdovers), NeverTrumpers, etc.
So if others know, it would definitely get leaked and foil the plan.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
