The article states it has been in the works! Sadly some don’t understand that cases take time especially when Sessions is basically working alone surrounded by Obama hangovers and an FBI that loses or destroys evidence.
I think this is part of Trump’s frustration with Sessions. Those in the Senate are used to things moving at the pace of a crippled turtle. Trump is used to business at a fast pace. I like Sessions, but he may have needed someone to light a fire under his butt.
