Yeah, I don’t get it either. I may be missing something here, but it seems to be a legitimate question. Why would he go out in public - twice! - to announce the closing of the investigation and then the re-opening of the investigation wrt Hillary but not go out and say Trump is not the target of any current investigation?

And Comey’s excuse that “he may have to correct the record” doesn’t hold water either. He had no problem correcting the record several times wrt Hillary. There is nothing wrong with saying something like “at this time Trump is not being investigated”. If something came up later he could easily ‘correct the record’ by stating the new evidence. And yet, even after all of this, it all seems to be way outside protocol and outside the chain of command. FBI brings the evidence, not the charges. He can really only state what is being investigated and what is being referred to the AG. He is not supposed to be the witness and the judge by usurping the role of the AG.

She’s pushy for sure. And, like them all. she has no traditional values.

Referred to Comey as “President Comey” a couple of times - long past time for the assisted living placement......

Cavuto made snarky comments about Trump during the campaign and that's when I quit watching him. He's sneaky as he does it with a smile on his face and uses his easy demeanor to get his digs in—which I hate.

I’m not sure. McCain married a beer heiress that got into trouble for stealing charitable prescriptions.

Is there a way the citizens of AZ can get this senile schmuck out of office now??

Nope

United States Senate: Expulsion and Censure

Article I, Section 5, of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."

Since 1789, the Senate has expelled only fifteen of its entire membership. Of that number, fourteen were charged with support of the Confederacy during the Civil War. In several other cases, the Senate considered expulsion proceedings but either found the member not guilty or failed to act before the member left office. In those cases, corruption was the primary cause of complaint.

Unfortunately, as I read the Constitution, the only way to remove a sitting Senator is by impeachment.

The Clinton's would find a way...

Seth Rich, for example...and many other Arkansides...

Comey is clever like a fox. I suspect he is in league with Schumer or others on the left, pretending to be honest Abe and not in anyone’s camp. I just don’t trust the guy after watching him today. I get a funny feeling with all of these “I may be wrong” pronouncements. They were all fake in my opinion.

Something is wrong with this entire Russian business. It may be so, but I have not heard of anything concrete describing their operations. It is claimed they hacked into DNC, but DNC refused to allow the FBI to check it out. The Dems lie so much I wonder if that is true or not. The Russians tried to hack the RNC but couldn’t get in. And the cyber nerds tell me it is possible for someone to hack you but leave the fingerprint of someone else. That cyber stuff is out of my league. But what, actually, did the Russians do?? No guessing, just tell be in layman terms so I can understand. What did the Russians do?

Someone is circulating a Twitter post on Facebook supposedly written by McCain today about his testicles. I have not seen this anywhere. I told the person it must be fake and they said no, he posted it. I checked out the link and it’s not there. I insinuated it must be a fake.

Aside from that, McCain really does need to retire.

Jokes on us Vlad...

It just hit me, she is doing well on Faux and dresses to the nines and is working on her image.

IMHO they are grooming her for when her dad goes west. Just like "The Dingell Seat" they will try to keep the power in the family.

Buckle up and wake up Arizona and perform a cranial-rectal-otomy on your voting habits, she's a fine young lady in many ways, but say no to her in politics, no more dynasty's, please...

Rather than using the phrase “Drain the Swamp,” I propose we “Drain the Sewer” of all the political and MSM human waste!! That would be a more accurate description of what’s floating in our political system, ya think?

They failed to get her elected.

Remember how 0bama expelled 35 Russian diplomats late last year?

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/dec/29/barack-obama-sanctions-russia-election-hack

If we look back, we see that there’s been an arc create that’s been screaming to go to war with Russia for quite awhile. Something wants this war badly.

I happen to think that the Muh Russia schtick is cover for their sedition, stealing, murder, corruption, collusion with the PRC, and more heinous $hit than I want to think of.

0bama took all those fines of banks and corporations and fed them to his pet causes and pet people. The Clintons have done it for decades. This Muh Russia thing slows down Trump in an effort to continue to destroy the US and to separate Trump from us, his base.

D.C. is gone. Pretty place. Filthy swamp. I will never go there again.

Trump is our Flight 93 POTUS. These DC denizens are after us, after all.

Yes, she has cleaned her act up - at least as far as we can see.

I am just fed up with the “dynasty” effect.

Relatives, especially children, of those “on the in” being handed opportunities because of who they are.

You can’t get away from it.
The offspring of politicians and Hollywood elites are those most often shoved at us.

"She's (McCain's daughter) smart and well informed..."

I agree. She's incredibly smart, informed, intuitive, and quite level-headed. She's no flake like her father and she's pretty middle-of-the-road. I appreciate her take on a lot of things she expounds on.

There is much worse on Fox...... for instance that horrible Kat creature on The Specialists is totally irritating, she has no depth, and she adds nothing to any issues except banalities and half-assed Libertarian fence-sitting...and we can add to the names of those on Fox shows the empty-headed chirper, Dana PeRINO and that motor-mouth Eboni Williams (the female Juan Williams).

I'm always interested in what Meghan McCain has to say, and she never turns me off as do some of the other Fox female regulars.

(BTW....same last name, Eboni Williams and Juan Williams....no relationship except for non-stop running-of-the-mouth)

We had Meghan McCain on the radio for 3 hours every night for a year!!! IT WAS AWFUL!

She was just a silly girl with giggles and eventually a co-host to try to keep her on subject. She talked about drinking to drunkenness, boyfriends and her sex life often...MOM was a constant guest as was DADDY when she could not think what to talk about.

She took so much (sick?) time off we had the good luck to have substitutes often and tuned in hoping they were there that night.
