FOXBiz day time may have financial program titles, but it is very into the Trump coverage and supports Trump, his administration and his agenda.

I thought all he did was to ask why the continued attack on Trump, as compared with the lunatic dismissal of Hillary’s high crimes and misdeanors.
I echo your observation. For once, I thought McCain made a reasonable conclusion. Asking Comey why he went hog wild in public on the Clinton email non-prosecution - after laying out a litany of reasons for prosecution- yet mysteriously remaining silent on the Trump-Russia nonsense.
I won’t go as far as to call McCain astute, but in this case, I think he deserves credit for showing Comey’s criteria are a moving target.

If you saw his questioning of Comey (I did), he asked if there was a double standard in the way the two cases were handled. Unfortunately, he is senile and made himself look bad. “President Comey”(twice) and “Mr. Trump”/ President Trump didn’t help him.
However, Comey gave some mumbo-jumbo and didn’t answer. Comey said the Clinton case was closed when in July 2016. Yet, he released the emails on Weiner’s computer a week before the election. If the case was closed, why were they still looking for evidence? And if President Trump wasn’t under investigation, why was their still an investigation?
