Trump's positions on a couple of items disturb me, can't say I won't vote for him, but he's not my preferred...so, I'll just stay out of the way and let the Trump threads run their course. What he has BEEN SAYING for 6 months is “Illegal? They need to GET OUT! Come back LEGALLY!”.

You need to know what your own candidate is saying.

As late as July 24th 2015, Trump wasn't saying deport the non criminal illegals. He was saying that we should do something for them. That's a legalization amnesty.

After that, starting around July 30th, Trump has been saying that the non criminals would have to leave, but that he would want to expedite them back.

Expediting them back, would require that they jump the yearly quota line which is about 5 to 10 years long.

That is a legalization amnesty.

Not a Trump fan myself, I’m sending my support to the Cruz campaign unless he quits. If Trumps becomes the nominee, I will vote for him in the general as I always do for the GOP candidate. Never been thrilled about that, but I can’t see an alternative.

I think most don’t care. He says he will deport all the illegals and they have glommed on to that...despite his further words that he didn’t really mean that (touch back) AND the fact that deporting them all has exactly zero chance of ever happening. EXACTLY. ZERO. CHANCE.

Trump could easily deport them all by promising a legalization touchback amnesty.
