Somebody might tell this attorney that a number of people were killed in the event.
Do his clients have priors? If they were such dedicated family men, central to their well-being and survival, why be involved in this event?

I guess he is a hearse rather than an ambulance chaser.
The lawyer does his best to come across as a nut case, but if the article is to be believed (difficult with all the spin) then he’s doing the right things for his clients.
I suspect that if the local judiciary drags it’s collective feet much longer, the ACLU is going to show up and the bikers are going to walk on civil rights issues. Guilt or innocence will no longer matter at that point.
But then I’m just the tiniest bit cynical.
1. when you have the facts on your side, argue the facts.
2. when you don’t have the facts on your side but the law is, argue the law.
3. when neither the facts or the law are on your side, argue. Loudly.
Looks like the shyster is going for option 3.

I suspect there may be a case of requiring excessive bond here. How many of those arrested are being charged with murder, or anything which would justify such extreme bond?

But in Waco? More likely they were pigs.
