He has developed a diversified knowledge and skill level in the food industry. His business knowledge and skills include: owning and operating a restaurant at age 21; catering for both small intimate events and large scale events of over a thousand people; Personal Chef to several wealthy individuals; and consulting and advising on projects concerning food and technology. The interface of the Internet and a portal food site is a natural for his creative talents and is a long running dream. He is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and he has been awarded several times during his career for his exceptional ability to cook.
