Not to mention blood sucking. The technology gets cheaper and yet their prices keep going up.

Time Warner Cable sucks you in with their internet..once you have high speed internet if you want to quit their TV services and go to Directv or elsewhere, instead of paying 35 bucks a month for high speed internet, you end up spending 60+ they are smart, they know how to suck you in

Totally ridiculous that government is involved in this. If they want to merge it should not be anybody’s business except the customers who will have to decide what to do after the merger. I love Comcast actually but if they merge with Time Warner I don’t care as long as Comcast stays the way it is today.

We don’t have phone service with them but we do have Internet and cable tv with them..dvr box and two digital cable boxes plus the Internet for 119.00 bucks a month..we could go elsewhere for the tv but the problem is once you add the internet cost on top of it it ends up being more than time warner cable

High priced garbage merges with lackluster service.

The big killer for the deal here is that in the New York City and Los Angeles areas (the #1 and #2 media markets in the USA), the combined Comcast-Time Warner Cable would wield WAY too much monopoly power over cable TV systems. No wonder why the DoJ is opposed to the deal.

I don’t have another option for high speed internet with the same capability so it stinks, but what are you going to do...

Really? In what way? The CEO is one of obama’s biggest supporters, and the company owns NBC, one of the most liberal media companies.

All propaganda. The industry has already started organizing and planning the cutovers. Documents have been signed and people are working on the actual date of cutover for each KMA.
This is a done deal. All palms have been greased.
The question now is just who is trying to gain what by saying the deal is in jeopardy.

Ridiculous! One of the most conservative companies in America just after Chick F Lay. Not sure where you are getting your information from. All the liberals I know hate it because the CEO is Conservative. I don’t care if they give to Democratic candidates....All companies give to both parties. That is why our system is so screwed up. Get rid of all money in politics and you won’t see the sucking up. Money is the root of all evil and when you see campaigns they are nothing short of evil.
