Big changes! I accepted a position at a state college in Florida. So sadly I have moved the family from Arnold, Maryland and made our home in Florida. Everyone is getting used to Florida (although I did live in Jacksonville for 3 years in the early 90's). Julie continues to be the glue to our family. The kids are getting older.....Can't believe Nick will be 25 in March.....unbelievable. Kyle will be 24 in November, Alex will be 22 in September and our little girl will be 20 in May. We both love our kids so much and continue to be amazed at their accomplishments. They make us proud every moment. Julie and I will be married 27 years in April.....that went fast. I think for Julie too. lol. Nothing in our family is more important then our love of God and belief that God has a plan for all of us. Yep the kids continue to go to Catholic School.....what a great investment we both believe. I hope Nick goes to Notre Dame in Fall 2016. He is unsure. I did graduate from Florida State so maybe.....but I do hope he decides on Notre Dame. A lot of questions on where I live and where I am from. No I am not from Mars as some think. :-) My bio on locations I have been I was born in Cortland New York I moved to Greensburg Pennsylvania at 2 and lived there until 6 I moved to Allentown Pennsylvania and lived their until 18. I joined the Navy and went to Basic Training in Great Lakes Illinois I was stationed in Panama from 1987 until 1989 I was stationed in Jacksonville florida from 1990 until 1992 I was stationed in Norfolk Virginia from 1992 until 1995 I was stationed in Annapolis Maryland from 1995 until 2000 During this tour I was sent TAD to Washington DC in 1997 for a year I was stationed in Newport Rhode Island from 2000 until 2001 I was stationed in Seoul Korea from 2002 to 2005 I was stationed in Catania Sicily from 2005 until 2011 During my time in the Navy, I was STILL a resident of Pennsylvania and voted in the elections. In 2011, We relocated to Annapolis Maryland where I work at the Naval Academy and will soon become a resident of Maryland.....but I am still a resident of Pennsylvania until the paperwork goes through.......hopefully it will take until December 2012......lol.

I have officially retired from the Navy as a proud Chief after 24 years as of June 30, 2011. I am very pro life...number one issue. I have been a Republican since 18 and find myself in agreement with their positions. I am for fair tax across the board (either national sales tax or flat tax), small government, strong defense, can’t stand federalizing the education system it should be either state run school systems or local. I went to Catholic School my whole life and never stepped foot in a public school that is high school and below. I am married 15 years to Julie (in April 2011) and we have four children, three boys and one daughter. (13, 11, 9, and 3 by the end of 2011). We hail from the great state of Pennsylvania. However we reside in Italy currently. I am a proud Homeschool supporter which is new to me from Free Republic FRiends and also having direct knowledge about Homeschooling from four people in my office who homeschool. For example, they do Homeschool but they get involved with plays, boy scouts, dancing lessons, teen groups, and various other activitives which makes up for the supposed lack in social skills. All the kids that are homeschooled are very social and normal.
