Gay marriage has been legal in Florida for a month now, and at this point, even the state’s hardcore conservatives seem increasingly resigned to the fact that marriage equality is here to stay. Accordingly, Florida’s more bigoted legislators have decided to turn their ire toward another maligned, disfavored minority—trans people—by proposing one of the most viciously sadistic, hypocritical bills the legislature has ever considered.

The author is correct about one thing; if this bill forces private business owners to not allow transgender into whatever bathroom they want to use, this is not a good thing.

I suppose it would be kind of a giveaway if someone wearing a dress or having major protuberances in the ‘chestal area’ is using a urinal in a men’s room. Use a stall, and no one is going to know, unless they already know, or unless the subject is a really, really bad tranny.

The problem is that “transgender” means too, too many things. Those that feel like they should have a dangler, those that are ‘thinking’ about having the dangler removed, those that pretend that the dangler is removed, and those few that actually have the figurative ‘stones’ to actually do it.

Go ahead, browse Google for a true, clear definition of “transgender”....you’ll sift through a bunch of sick crap that will still leave you not knowing exactly what it is. I tried it once (finding out the “what is it?” stuff, not removing the dangler part :0) )

Knowing this, I can most certainly feel empathy for any lady that is uncomfortable with the potential of having a dangler/dangerless thing using the same bathroom as me.

I’ll live my life quite happily not knowing the “true” definition. And no, I don’t want em in the restroom or dressing room with me, especially when I have to take my 2 year old with me.

If I had a business, I word have two bathrooms marked “family bathroom”. In it I would have one stall and one urinal and it would have a lock on the main entrance door. So if I took my grand-daughter to the bathroom, I would lock the door, she could do her thing, and then we would have privacy and no threat of someone trans-gendered barging in a woman’s bathroom.
