After meeting with U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice this morning, three key Republican senators emerged to say they're more troubled — not less — by what they say were intelligence failures and misleading information concerning the September attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, which left four Americans dead.
One, Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, said it's too soon to even be speculating about promoting Rice to be secretary of state.
Congress needs to see "FBI interviews of survivors ... and what was said the night of the attack" about who might be responsible, Graham said, before considering the promotion of anyone who was involved in handling the intelligence before or after the Benghazi attack.
Graham was joined by senators John McCain of Arizona and Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire. She said she's "more troubled, not less," after talking with Rice and top U.S. intelligence officials about the attacks.
Though President Obama has not yet nominated anyone to succeed Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton (who plans to soon leave), McCain, Graham and some other Republicans have already been saying they have doubts about whether Rice should get that job. They say she misled the nation by saying that the attacks may have begun as protests over a anti-Muslim video produced in California...

Forget Rice. She’s just one more layer of protective coloration around the oval office, which is where the lies started.
These yahoos are nothing but hot air. They will conspire and join the enemy.
Who are they? Why haven't we heard anything from them? Were they muzzled by the Administration? Were they threatened? etc. etc.
It is a disgrace that nobody is being held to account.
McCain and Graham have been joined at the hip for years. Why is Kelly Ayotte now the third member of the McCain caucus? Any time you see McCain and Graham, she is always right behind. Don’t mean to be rude, but her voice sounds perpetually and terminally nervous in interviews.
I couldn’t really care less whether Susan Rice or some other leftist Obama minion gets appointed SoS, but I do hope that our fearless Senators find out who gave the stand down orders that resulted in the unnecessary deaths of our Ambassador and three brave American heroes.
1 - Who invented the lie about protests of the video?
2 - Who (by name) received notice of the calls for help?
3 - The “video motive” was NEVER “the best intel we had at the time”, as NO intel, EVER pointed that direction. So, who told you to run with that story, with regard to the attacks on Benghazi?
4 - Before running off to 5 Sunday a.m. news shows, did you ever ask for proof or dig for details, or are you just a sock-puppet?
That's what they are paid to do & it's a guarantee that it will happen. (The corrupt "Two-Party Cartel")

Therein is the key as to what happened in Benghazi !
While we morn the loss of 4 dedicated foreign service officers , we should NOT overlook that there could have been another 30 more casualties from a lack of action by the administration !
Who issued the call to : “ Stand Down” !
The State Dept. knew and observed in ‘real-time’ what was happening , .. and did nothing (?) . Unfreakenbeleiveable !

She is a Senate newbie looking for a career.
The Club rules are that newbies must be taken under the wing of one or more older members and shown the ropes. It can cross party lines.
The senior Club members get to appear with the newbie and it freshens up their look. The junior member gets someone “looking out for them” and “guiding” them.
IMHO, one of Rubio’s mentors is Menendez, and Rubio sounds like he’s falling right in line, just like Ayotte is.
If House members are glasses of red wine, Senate members are snifters of cognac.

Rice had 11 days to the the right information before she did her appearances on the 5 Sunday morning talk shows.
She stated that this was based on “Prelininary intelligence”.
Why was there no followup on her behalf before running with the lie ?
FReepers had more intell a day and a half later than the State Dept . ? We already had the anomolies listed and knew that it was a planned attack with heavy munitions.
All the more reason to question her veracity !
All the more reason to keep the internet free from UN or Federal Government control .

It was up to Obama to give the order. He should be the target of attention, not his flunkies like Susan Rice.
