The RINO plan for Romney domination continues apace. Promote then destroy Cain. Promote and soon destroy Newt (an easy task given his horrific record). Once Newt is neutered, we will hear yet another wave of “Mitt is inevitable” screeds from the TV and print press and RINO pundits on Fox.(p>
This story should have a barf alert.
Gingrich would make an excellent vice president put in charge of implementing the agenda of president Cain.
only in an upside down world is Mitt Romney consistently called a front runner when he has never actually been the leading candidate for more than a day or two at a time as other candidates move past him. A guy who has been running for 6 years is sitting at 18% in third place here, and this despite doing relatively well in all the debates and not making any massive missteps...at least none that got traction.
Bottom line: We have no leader.
There is no such thing as “ready for prime time”.
Cain has one thing that Newt, Perry or Rinommy, and that is the ability to go on offense, excite a room, and project confidence from more than just having a “smart” answer.
That is 99% of the race for the White House. Can Newt fulfill any of those criteria?
So far not one of his supporters can demonstrate how he’s done any of that.
When the first missile hits from the MSM, is Newt going to do more than give some AM talk radio style lament about press bias?
Can he give speeches that rhetorically soar and isn’t just thick with policy?
There are 2 reasons he’s doing so well:
1. People WANT to see him shred Obama in the debates
2. He’s the ONLY one with the wit, will and gravitas to take on the media and WIN
He’s got my vote.
Can you please give me a link to the soaring speech Cain has given that inspired the masses?
He’s got my vote too.
Oh no...I never thought people would go Newt. I guess we lost the moral compass. He is a serial marriage killer and marry’er.
The Caniacs always come out when Newt is mentioned
No way! The Great Conservative Pumpkin will rise up from the pumpkin patch any time now and smite our enemies. ;-)
Gingrich,no thanks.
How long has it been since he held any credible lead?
It’s going to be an interesting next couple of months.
Newt can't even control his zipper.
At a time when we are facing financial armageddon how can people be so concerned about the man being married several times?
Gingrich-Bachman all the way!
It would be UNSTOPPABLE!
