I got invited to a local trail last weekend to do a ride with some of my pals. Special guest in attendance.

Uhhhh, that would be me on the left.
I can hardly sit still. Couldn't sleep for squat the night before. What a thrill, what an honor, what a fun, normal and nice man. I hope I get to do that again.
People told me he was a monster on the bike, it ain't no lie. He rode two laps on a fairly hard local trail and then left to get cleaned up for lunch with the little woman, and then hit the links for 18 holes when it was easy 100 degrees here. That guy is in some awesome condition, for a 30-y-o, much less a man in his 60s.
Thanx Pam, I owe you big time for that opportunity.

DORBA, Dallas Off-Road Bicycle Association. I’ve been with them for 20 years, was club historian at one time. We do good trail.
