Obama Just Got His Private Army

Remember when Obama said he wanted a “national security force?” Not the national guard, but a civilian one that has not sworn to uphold the Constitution? On July 2, 2008 in a speech in Colorado Springs, Barack Obama called for a police state.

Remember that first alarming glimpse of what that army might look like? Notice how much these “Hitler youth” type young men talk about health care!

Obama just got his private army…

…And no one seems to have noticed. It is buried in the Senate revisions to the health care bill.

“It could be a way of saying that pay scales like the GS classification used in Federal Service WILL NOT APPLY to the Doctor’s Corpse.”

That’s the part I’m trying to nail down. I’m thinking it means he pay them on any scale he wants. He can pay them better than the regular army or gov’t bureaucrats. It’s like another level of no limits on his powers.

I showed this to my boys last night (ages 16 and 20) and they were pretty upset. They are starting to get it at a level that wasn’t present before. Everyone in America should see this.

The USPHS has always had a Regular and Reserve officer corps.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2479515/posts

Uniformed services

The seven uniformed services are:

1. United States Army

2. United States Navy

3. United States Marine Corps

4. United States Air Force

5. United States Coast Guard

6. United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps

7. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Corps

Each of the uniformed services is administratively headed by a federal executive department and its corresponding civilian Cabinet leader.

United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, it was there already.

Bingo - whe is going to draft DRs, and force them to provide health care.

There were changes made to the law as it stood. CNS had a comparison but now that is gone. Drudge had a link to it but now that is gone too of course. Too bad, as that was a useful article.

1) We have a shortage of Dr’s
2) We have a shortage of cash
3) Dr’s can be drafted into this core...
4) Obama has claimed the bill will reduce costs...
5) Federal Dr’s are efeectively immune from malpractice suits
6) Hence, no malpractice insurance required

QED - I don’t think that he intends to pay them more...

I don’t understand your point. Yes, it pertains to the USPHS, but why does there need to be a new “commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps”? Those do NOT already exist. Sounds like he is using the existing USPHS as cover to create a cadre of brown shirts to me.

...this kind of "humanitarian organization" under the creation & direction of "dear leader" DOES risk being bent into something sinister.

It's a constituent employment move. Sinister enough.

Commisssioned officers in the Reserve can be recalled to AD by the Surgeon General? This is horse s—. He may work with Reserve Medical Corps and Medical Service Corps officers, but; combat arms officers do not answer to the clown.

Maybe his reason for referring to the CLASS ACT is that he intends to pay them all the same, regardless to length of experience or field.

I’m well armed. ‘nuff said.

As someone pointed out the other day, you have to leave the house sometime and that's when they'll do their search and be waiting for you or your family to return.

Our Jewish population should be worried.

You might want to include Christians and all caucasians to that group.

(c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESERVE.–

(1) PURPOSE.–The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.

(2) USES.–The Ready Reserve Corps shall–

(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;

(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;

It's easy for dems to stretch" definitions - could be bad...

“Hitler Youth” is right. I wonder how long it’ll be before he starts going after the Jews in this country?

Tea party members are the new Jew.

Not that any group couldn't be included at some later time. First they came for the tea party people, but I wasn't one of them...
