Remember when Obama said he wanted a “national security force?” Not the national guard, but a civilian one that has not sworn to uphold the Constitution? On July 2, 2008 in a speech in Colorado Springs, Barack Obama called for a police state.

Remember that first alarming glimpse of what that army might look like? Notice how much these “Hitler youth” type young men talk about health care!

Obama just got his private army…

…And no one seems to have noticed. It is buried in the Senate revisions to the health care bill.

Since 0bama came on the scene, he has shown his scorn and disdain--at times outright hatred--for America, her flag, her Constitution, and her patriots. I don't have to run down the list of his closest friends like Bill the bomber Ayers and loving Christian Rev Wright. Rahm E is a Frank Nitti wannabe. He insulted the SCOTUS before the world, and more recently the Israeli leader. His personal army is most likely thousands of members of SEIU & disbanded ACORN.

The way I understand it, if you accept Federal funds or loans to become a doctor, you become part of this “Commissioned Corps.” I think you owe two years for each year the Feds pay for.

I agree with you on the ‘intention’ of those sections of the HC Bill.

How they will actually be used is what concerns me the most.

If Obama says we need to ‘withdraw’ from the M.E. and cut down our nuclear weapons, BECAUSE we don’t need to be the World’s Police, then why does he want us to be the World’s DOCTOR?

And, with the higher costs of Nationalizing Health Care, how can we afford to be the World’s Doctor?

Is this just a ‘bribe’ to doctors? Giving them a highly paid position in the Dr’s CORPS? To make up for losses on the private practice side?

This is duplication, for a reason.

Looks like PAYOLA to me. Doctor's become members of the DOCTORS CORPSE and get paid to be on STANDBY for national emergencies. This is supposed to compensate them for their losses on private practice, as it becomes nationalized.

It seems the ACT was to clarify the meaning of “employee”, “service”, and “compensation”, in regards to civilian positions within the District of Columbia and in the field services.

READING BETWEEN THE LINES, of the HC Resolution Bill pertaining to your question, it could be a way for the President to ‘EMPLOY’ NON-AMERICAN citizens.

It could be a way of saying that pay scales like the GS classification used in Federal Service WILL NOT APPLY to the Doctor’s Corpse.
