That’s the part I’m trying to nail down. I’m thinking it means he pay them on any scale he wants. He can pay them better than the regular army or gov’t bureaucrats. It’s like another level of no limits on his powers.
I showed this to my boys last night (ages 16 and 20) and they were pretty upset. They are starting to get it at a level that wasn’t present before. Everyone in America should see this.
1) We have a shortage of Dr’s
2) We have a shortage of cash
3) Dr’s can be drafted into this core...
4) Obama has claimed the bill will reduce costs...
5) Federal Dr’s are efeectively immune from malpractice suits
6) Hence, no malpractice insurance required
QED - I don’t think that he intends to pay them more...
