Obama Just Got His Private Army
NoisyRoom.net ^ | 3-26-2010 | Nancy Matthis

Remember when Obama said he wanted a “national security force?” Not the national guard, but a civilian one that has not sworn to uphold the Constitution? On July 2, 2008 in a speech in Colorado Springs, Barack Obama called for a police state.

Remember that first alarming glimpse of what that army might look like? Notice how much these “Hitler youth” type young men talk about health care!

Obama just got his private army…

…And no one seems to have noticed. It is buried in the Senate revisions to the health care bill.

The fear is not the anti-christ will come and bring about an END to our world.

The fear, the real fear my friend, is that he won’t.

Just this minute heard again 0bamas speech in which he distinctly spoke of his intentions, if elected which he knew he would be, to develop a civilian force just as well funded, just as powerful as our military. Michael Savage, KSTE-AM radio Sacramento (Rancho Cordova).

After the break he hopefully will elaborate more on it. You'd do well to listen up, bucko.

Two points, the only thing that can bind future Congresses are Constitutional; Amendments. All other laws can be changed like this one can. So can Social Security...

The entire bill can be repealed. And all it’s web dismantled. Simple reason why, we go bankrupt.

Are you naive or just plain stupid?

Do you not see what has happened to the country since that sad day in American history, the election of hussien obami? You trust this POS?

The act is unconstitutional on many grounds. We will see what SCOTUS finds constitutional what it doesn’t. If it is not repealed or defunded first.

Probably conservatives.

Conservatives won't be first. He'll start with the most hated element of the population, then move to the politically incorrect. Here is my guess at the ordering:

1. Registered sex offenders (nobody will protest this precedent-setting move)
2. Other registered offenders (kidnappers etc., again with little protest)
3. Domestic violence offenders (little protest again, none from the Left)
4. Becomes hazy at this point. Probably Christians who won't bow to the homosexuals; the rest will remain silent out of fear. Then probably moving on to those who resist The Peoples' State. Then FReepers. (Half-kidding.)
The point is that the precedent must be established and agreed to by (nearly) all. This opener would do that. The followup would build on that with, again, little disagreement. Once that foundation is established it becomes a divide-and-conquer procedure.

So, when they come for the registered sex offenders, think:

When they came for the registered sex offenders I said nothing,
For I was not a registered sex offender.
When they came for other registered offenders I said nothing,
For I was not a registered offender.
When they came for the domestic violence offenders I said nothing,
For I was not a domestic violence offender.
When they came for...
The bad things always creep in at the margins, where nobody cares. It's an old, old pattern.

TY for the ping. Once again we see Obama has no use for the Constitution.

The left raised hell when we had a so called secret Army in Laos. Add the Montagnards,Nungs, and even some Cambodes we hired for cross border OPS.

Now,this pretender wants his own private Army in America. Every violent far left group will be part of it. This mentally ill clown is not a mere personality disorder type. Try paraniod, too.

Buckeye... can you help me find it?
In the December 2004 version, I can find section 5210 no problem. The article for the main post is a 2004 bill, and is called the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act. Page 1312 has Section 5210.
http://democrats.senate.gov/reform/patient-protection-affordable-care-act-as-passed.pdf

In the bill that was passed and signed... the H.R.4872: Reconciliation Act of 2010, I can not find this language anywhere. Can you or someone help me find it in the final bill that was signed? I am not doubting Obama or the democrat congress would try this... I just personally can not find it in the 2010 H.R.4872 bill.

I think I may have found it. I was focused on the reconciliation bill (4872)... not the original bill (3590).

H.R.3590
Title: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
Sponsor: Rep Rangel, Charles B. [NY-15] (introduced 9/17/2009) Cosponsors (40)
Related Bills: H.CON.RES.254, H.RES.1203, H.R.3780, H.R.4872, S.1728
Latest Major Action: Became Public Law No: 111-148
SUMMARY AS OF: 3/23/2010--Public Law.
...
(Sec. 5210) Revises the Regular Corps and the Reserve Corps (renamed the Ready Reserve Corps) in the Public Health Service. Sets forth the uses of the Ready Reserve Corps.

Sorry for the pings... as usual I find it myself 5 minutes after asking for help.

I was wondering when someone was going to state the obvious. This is not good but also not a cause for black helicopter spotting either.

The way I understand it, a commissioned officer can be called up any time in his/her life, deactivation, resignation or not.
