Democrats, raise taxes fund socialism and gun control. If you can’t do it yourself, ask history what King George III had to say about it all.

The main question for the 2008 elections is whether or not the American people want to elect a socialist who will install a socialist government and implement socialist policies. Three Supreme Court Justices are expected to retire during the next President's term. That, you need to seriously think about when casting your vote in 2008.

Simple 100% sure fire way to detect if your candidate is a liberal or Conservative. Apply this test ... gun banner == liberal

Why does it work so well and is guaranteed to produce accurate results? OK, now the long explanation. Guns are at the center of liberals obsession with control, over you, what you do, what you can own, telling you how to live in the extreme. Liberals are always the first to jump to the cause of relieving you of any responsibility for life's foibles and hard knocks. The two are coupled together.

Owning a gun, or even worse, carrying a gun concealed in public, is the height of trusting the people to exercise rights responsibly. You have a GOD given right to defend yourself and others whom you deem worthy from any attack. It is your judgement as an individual that allows the exercise of the right to use deadly force, and the strength of your mental commitment to that judgment and the sure to come aftermath. Using deadly force is no laughing matter. Twice in my life time I have had to do this, once when alone on a road, and once when hunting with friends and stumbling on a drug gang. In both cases, the presence of a gun spared a really nasty situtaion. In both cases, I fired, and dileberatley missed with the first shots. That proved to be enough, but I was prepared to not miss with the next round.

If you can't handle the responsibility, put down the gun.

Liberals despise gun owners for that very reason, you decide when to use it. The responsibilities of a citizen are far greater than what is now taught in school. When I was a little one, I was taught right from wrong, help your neighbor, help the community. The guidelines were given and the guardrails explained. You knew when you were in the right, and when in the wrong. But one lesson that stuck is rights and responsibilities are wedded and cannot be separated. Without responsibility, there can be no rights.

So head on over to your nearest wanna-be candidate and ask them do they support the Second Amendment. The answer to that question is all you need to know about the candidate.
