CLEARWATER, Fla. - Gov. Jeb Bush has asked an appeals court to be allowed to question witnesses and collect evidence to defend his right to keep a brain-damaged woman alive.
Terri Schiavo, 40, who doctors say is in a persistent vegetative state, has been the subject of a long legal battle between her husband, Michael Schiavo, who has sought to disconnect the feeding tube keeping her alive, and her parents, who want to take care of her.

Excellent questions in that filing! Why indeed, if he "knew" his wife didn't want to be fed if disabled, did he ask for the money to provide long-term care?

In Tuesday's filing with the 2nd District Court of Appeal, Bush wants to know why Michael Schiavo was able to win a "seven-figure award" in a medical malpractice case over his wife's 1990 heart failure without telling the jury about her alleged wishes not want to be kept alive with a feeding tube. Very good point! Go Jeb Go!!!

Greta, announced highlights for tonight's upcoming show...
"Governor Jeb wants to present evidence in the Terri Schiavo
case in Florida..."
She also says "John McCain will be here; he is either very mad
or very disappointed about something, we'll tell you what it is...."
Greta's show is on FoxNews Channel at 10pm Eastern, repeated
at 3am ET.

George Felos LIED on Greta's show last week. He said Terri is NOT
BEING MEDICATED.
[when asked if her reflexes were deliberately being suppressed]
But TWO DAYS EARLIER, his staff filed a petition to more easily
cut off the Schindler's visitation. They quoted their reasons as:
"to accommodate the need for hospital personnel
to administer medication and treatments unimpeded."
http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1060108/posts Dr Hammesfahr ALSO testified in late 2002 that hospice records show
Terri is being FREQUENTLY medicated.

Yeah, and she also referred to Terri as braindead. I think these journalists are the ones that are braindead.

my typo... Greta said Governor Jeb Bush...
not "Governor Jeb"...
From "
Terri Big Eyes" video available at
www.terrisfight.org
Terri starts out apparently asleep. A doctor wakes her to start his tests.
Doctor: Terri. Open your eyes up...
Terri: (Startled at hearing her name. She starts moving her mouth and fluttering her eyes, like a person who is just waking up)
Doctor: Open your eyes, Terri open your eyes
Terri: (slowly at first, Terri struggles to open her eyes, then turns toward the doctor, and opens her eyes a normal amount)
Doctor: There you go, good.
Terri: (then, either to show off(?) or wanting to perform well, she leans further forward toward the doctor, looks straight at him and opens her eyes as WIDE AS SHE CAN. Note the WRINKLES ACROSS HER FOREHEAD caused by her also RAISING HER EYEBROWS as high as possible )
Doctor: [now obviously impressed] GOOD!! GOOD JOB! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY! Good Job.

He has had a lawsuit filed against him.
He is entitled to defend himself.
The second comment only applies in honest courts.
Governor Bush is dealing with a kangeroo court. If he could get the case out of Pinellas County he would have a good chance to prevail.

Thanks for the ping! If anyone can post a summary of Greta's segment about Gov Bush, I'd sure appreciate it.
