Distressing Development in Terri's Case

This document is titled "Petition to Modify Visitation Rules" and was filed on behalf of Michael Schiavo by attorney Deborah Bushnell. The language in this document has caused tremendous concern.

Part 1, Paragraph 5: "When the ward is in the hospital, petitioner should be permitted to more strictly regulate the ward's visitors in order to accommodate the need for hospital personnel to administer medication and treatments unimpeded."

Does this language mean to say that Terri's immediate family will no longer be able to visit or see her should she become hospitalized?

Part 2, Paragraph 7: "Visitors are prohibited from evaluating, examining, treating or testing the ward, or causing the ward to be evaluated, examined, treated or tested by any physician, therapist or other person without prior Court approval.

Does this language mean that Terri's family can no longer ask for assistance if she suffers a medical complication or event?

Part 2, Paragraph 8: "Visitors are prohibited from introducing or causing to be introduced any object, matter or substance of any kind, whether liquid, solid or medicinal, orally or in any other manner to the ward."

Withholding oral sustenance when an individual is capable of accepting it is abuse and a deliberate act of omission under Florida Statute 415.102.

Part 2, Paragraph 13: "Visitors may be restricted from the facility if such visitors violate these visitation rules and conditions in any manner."

Does this language mean that Terri's immediate family can be barred from seeing her at the instructions of her husband/guardian at any time?

They want to block the Gov and his legal team from performing any test and evaluations on Terri. They also don't want her family trying to feed her.

# Dr. Cranford’s published definition of the Persistent Vegetative State differs substantially from Florida law. Court transcripts show that Judge George Greer used Dr. Cranford’s definition in assessing Terri, rather than Florida’s stricter definition.

Felonious is covering all the bases. It's like he's had a spell over Judge Greer. The petition also says that no one shall cause any tests to be administered to her.

We have a KANGAROO COURT in action here in FL and it's gotten past the ridiculous point.

There are several issues which have been reported 'not' to be decided until the constitutional issue is settled. The issue of Michael's disqualification should have precedence over any of the other mess because he has been violation of guardian statutes many moons before we got to where we are now.

This newest development of Michael & Felos petitioning for more restrictions 1) sounds as though the stage is being set so that if Terri gets sick, it can more easily end in her death, 2) shows their concern that Terri's true condition and capabilities not be made public.

This situation is on a continual downward spiral, going even lower when we did not think it possible. . .

Terri's family needs the loudest voice they can possibly get. I do hope Terri's case gets coverage at CPAC; please pass this info on!

I'm doing a broad ping to some who have not posted here just to let you know of this new development and how dire Terri's situation continues to be.

THAT ($$$) and the fact that he is a demon possessed murdering b@stard!! I find this situation so ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. It is unbelieveable that the Court System in Pinellas County at least, is so overtly corrupt and NOTHING from higher up seems to have the will to correct it. Correcting these "rulings" imo, should start with firing a few Judges A$$es!! THEN, Michael Schiavo should be investigated and charged with: a) FIRST DEGREE PREMEDITATED ATTEMPTED MURDER and b) FRAUD, and c) CRIMINAL VIOLATION OF A TRUSTEE (I know that's what they call them here) and God knows what else. Perhaps Conspiracy to commit murder.!!

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that we are not asked to depend upon sight, but upon faith. Our sight tells us, O God, that the web around this mother's child is being spun tighter and tighter. We cry out in deepest grief that the perverted laws of men have ensnared her ... we cry out in disbelief that the power of the highest office in Florida has not reached her ... we are in anguish that this innocent woman continues to be deprived ... continues to be used by the ones who draw their breath by Your goodness and mercy alone.

There are no words, Merciful Father, to describe the depth of viciousness that comes forth from Michael and George Felos and all those associated with this premeditated murder. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command the demons, legion though they may be, to stay away from Terri. Let them be gone ... let them not approach ... for we call upon all that is Holy to stand before them. These monsters of death, parading as husband and attorney and allies, are thirsty for the blood of the innocents ~ the disabled, the infirm, the elderly, the less than perfect. How dare they stand in judgment, as if they were perfect. You, O God, are Perfect, and they would stand in Your place.

Our outrage knows no bounds. Would that we could toss them aside, and yet it is here, Creator God, that we rest in You. You know our frame ... You remember that we are dust. It is only by Your protection, and Yours alone, that Terri has seen more days than her destroyers would want. It is only because You have shielded her all these years ... You have protected her health and kept her alive with thoughts and memories and whispers and comfort that only You know. You have kept her family from harm and debilitating health, that they might minister to her wherever they could.

Father, thank You for numbering our tears, for they are many. Would that they were enough to melt the hearts of men ... would that these evildoers would turn to You while there is time. O God, pierce some heart that is key to her freedom ... whether her husband or attorney or fiancee or child or judge or court of layman. We know that this is not by might, nor by strength, but this will be by the Power of God, for nothing else can prevail.

Comfort Terri's dear family this night and calm the fear in their hearts. You are Redeemer God. No matter the proclamation of man, in Your hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind. We bow before You, Sovereign Lord, in the Name of Jesus, Amen ...
