My number one political goal this year is to get Donald J Trump elected President of the United States of America. Once that is done my next number one goal is to take care of this illegal alien posing as a US citizen:
Why has no one in the national media, national conservative talk show hosts or anyone else investigated, probed or asked questions about Rafael Edward (Ted) Cruz’s birth right?
1 RAFAEL EDWARD (TED) CRUZ: Was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1970.
2 Is Rafael Cruz a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America?
3 Is Rafael Cruz a US citizen?
4 You decide:
a. Rafael’s father had dual citizenship, as a Canadian/Cuban citizen at the time of Rafael’s birth, which made Rafael a Canadian/Cuban citizen?
b. Rafael’s mother was, maybe, an American citizen, would that make him a US citizen?
c. Rafael was born in Canada did that make him a Canadian citizen at birth?
d. Would Rafael Cruz’s birth in Canada make him a dual citizen of Canada and Cuba?
e. If Rafael’s mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth she had a duty to her son, if she wanted him to be a US citizen, to do the following: 1) Register Rafael’s birth with the US Embassy or Consulate on a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) 2) Once the CRBA was approved the US State Department would issue form FS-240 establishing Rafael’s US citizenship.
f. Was this process ever completed for Rafael?
g. Can Rafael produce a CRBA issued in his name and the form FS-240 issued by the US State Department?
h. Can Rafael produce the CRBA or FS-240 with the US State Department signature, date and time stamped?
i. We know that Rafael does not have US birth certificate.
j. We know Rafael does have a Canadian birth certificate.
k. So the next question is, how did Rafael enter the United States from Canada? l. Was Rafael listed on his father’s or mother’s Passport?
m. What passports did Rafael’s parents travel on between the US and Canada?
n. Did Rafael travel on his own Passport or Visa, if so what was the origin of the documents?
o. When Rafael turned 18 years of age did he register with Selective Service?
p. If Rafael registered with Selective Service what identification did he use to establish his citizenship and does he have a draft card?
q. Did Rafael ever have a Green Card issued by the United States?
r. Was Rafael ever naturalized through the US Immigration process?
s. Since Rafael renounced his Canadian citizenship in 2014, and given the fact he probably is not a US citizen he would be a Cuban citizen living in the United States America as an illegal alien?
t. Why is Rafael using Ted as his first name?
u. Why does he never refer to himself as Rafael?
v. Is Rafael trying to hide his true identity?
w. Is Rafael trying to hiding through the use of an alias?
x. Do people who are hiding use fake names?
y. Is Rafael a fake person?
z. People who use aliases are usually hiding something, what is Rafael hiding?
aa. What is Rafael trying to hide? In my opinion, Rafael "Ted" Cruz talks about being a constitutional conservative, and espouses constitutional values, but only when it does not apply to him. Jim Buzzell.

They, the national media, national conservative talk show hosts, etc are much the same when it comes to The Bible, the Constitution, and their marriage vows.
The are all talk and no action, just as they ignore their marriage vows, they like wise talk about the Constitution and the bible, but neither of which do they read.
The national media, national conservative talk show hosts are sons and daughters of it whom Jesus speaks of in John 8:44 KJV.
We need to elect Mr. Trump and then after he eliminates the dept of education, we have to take over the school boards.

Yes, probably so. He likely still has a substantial set of supporters who have decided to quietly bide their time.
But you know what? They don’t amount numerically to anything significant. I suspect their numbers are even more diminished given Cruz’ self-serving and destructive address to the RNC. Anyone can support Ted Cruz; in his home state that may be enough to get re-elected.
But the one thing I do know. Nationally, his defenders will be the same ones that want to perpetuate the status quo and provide a thorn in the side of a Trump Presidency - all for their own nefarious purposes.
He will never, repeat NEVER EVER NEVER get any kind of well wish in what he’s chosen to become. He made his choice - I’ve made mine.
Two federal judges (different disricts) have ruled that he is eligible to run. The nbc controversy actually ended several months ago but was thinly reported.
The law was in his favor. There have been no appeals filed and won’t be. It was a clear cut decision.
At least one judge has not only declared him a US citizen, but also cleared him to run for president.
Good luck with that... Our judicial system is just as corrupt as the congress and executive branch.

We absolutely must divert our attention from electing Trump to making sure Cruz is not re-elected. And we must do so right away.
I’ve been against Cruz from the start on the basis he is NOT eligible for the presidency and HE KNOWS IT. I am happy he has finally shown himself the scumbag he is for all the world to see. My phone and email is busy with friends saying, “You were right. Why didn’t we see it?”
His presidential chances are done. He burned all his bridges inside the party. He still has his hardcore supporters but the vast majority of conservatives, who would be most inclined to vote for him, won’t ever vote for him to be president.
Nope, leave him alone. He’s just fine as a Senator.
Regardless of this issue, or even in spite of it, the man is a fraud and dishonorable. He deserves to go down in history as the ‘Elmer Gantry’ of failed candidates. The ‘tent revival’ phony affectively cursed by a false prophecy over him and then further compromised by a Mormon false prophet called Glenn ‘cheetos’ Beck. Well, bye!
The US Constitution enumerates the specific power of Congress to establish the rules of naturalization per Article 1 Section 8 clause 4. The “rules of naturalization” includes any and all rules including who is a citizen at birth and what conditions have to be met in order to be born a citizen (naturally born).
Congress expresses it’s will via several acts known as the naturalization acts as well as amendments to the constitution and modified by various laws. The collective sum of these is known as United States Code (USC)
The current law with regards to citizenship at birth can be found in title 8 section 1401. Under subsection G, Sen Cruz was born a US citizen and has never needed to be naturalized. Thus, he is naturally born a US citizen.
Further backing that point is Title 8 section 1481 which specifically says naturalization can only be applied AFTER birth.
I would advise you that these continued attacks on conservatives will not aid Trump in his attempt to win the general election. Further, continuing such attacks could very likely cost him the election. The Trump camp is often saying that to not support their candidate is helping to elect Hillary. I would also point out that attacking voters that COULD vote for Trump is only going to piss them off - and by absence of their votes, elect Hillary.
Vet? How about spay and neuter? Distemper shots?
There are so many Federal Judges imposed on us by the Clinton-Obama regimes, we first need to flush the courts. Up until the 70’s-80’s, he would hae never been considered eligible. Only since the great attempts by the Marxists to discard the constitution, has our world been thrown into disorder. Scalia would have never found him eligible.
How much of those rulings were based on fear that if Ted was rejected, it would start the Obama controversy up again?
Cruz got the just another politician moniker when he told everyone Carson was getting out in Iowa.
The US Constitution was written by men knowledgeable and strongly influenced by Vattel’s Law of Nations. The Law of Nations is the source of Natural Born Citizen and Cruz does NOT qualify!
