About all I like to watch is Ramsey’s show with the home cooks (Hell’s Kitchen, with the professional cooks, is too much about Gordon yelling at people), and Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, which is about real restaurants. Oh, and the Great British Baking Show.

I used to feel that way too - but The Wife and I came across their series “The Food That Built America”.
It runs on Sunday afternoons and evenings. You should check it out. I’ve learned more than a few things from watching it.

LOL. I thought maybe Val would bring up the fact that the contestants on the cooking contest shows must include one foreigner, one gay and at least one woman. And they all need a sob story about how their entire existence is a living hell and winning the competition would fix all their problems. So every cooking contest has a Queen For A Day component.
