Humans shouldn’t eat any grains, anyway.
I have been discovering that government/agribusiness propaganda has been incredibly effective. Most people believe they will DIE without carbohydrates. “You need carbohydrates for energy!”
If course, virtually everyone believes we need three meals a day, when three meals a week is more like it.
I avoid processed food as much as possible.
Most of it is a trip to migraine town for a few hours.
Recalling that song to mind:
Won’t you take me
to migraine town...
p.s. I have long suspected there’s something in our food making us all gain weight.
A recent study from France about the gerbils becoming extremely cannibalistic when in proximity to monoculture cornfields provided me with new thoughts about food choices.
See the book “The Plant Paradox” by Dr. Steven Gundry, a former vegetarian.
He warns about BHT and other chemical endocrine disrupters, along with lectins which are found in grains & pseudo-grains, corn, legumes, beans, soy and nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant).
Read this and you will understand why so many young people are confused about “gender.”
You go right ahead and eat three meals a week......
‘Three meals a week’? I’d look like Mahatma Gandhi on that diet regimen. I’ll take my 3 meals a day and eat healthy _ thank you very much.
Oh,no! Not tomatoes. ....
Also read the book, “Wheat Belly” by William Davis MD. You will be amazed at what has happen to wheat over the years and how it affects you now.
High Fructose corn syrup does not elicit insulin response so does not produce energy, just stores as fat.
Hybridized short stalk wheain all wheat consumed in U.S.does not convert into enough enzymes, and fails as energy source also I understand.
Sure there are other common food stuffs with similar effects.
It’s called sugar. Most breakfast cereals are loaded with it.
Three meals a week? Maduro, is that you?
didn’t see any usage stats before damage occurs...
At most, we eat, ‘cereal’ once a week. Home made granola in yogurt, with fresh fruit.
In the winter it’s oatmeal. With fresh fruit.
Where are we going wrong?
B.S.! Too many calories cause us to get fat.
Lol, yeah, that chemical is sugar.
bump
Avoid processed carbs and most sugars. Our bodies are simply not designed for this crap. But do NOT listen to vegans and avoid butter, eggs and meats. Those morons sub the poisons margarine and canola oil instead.
