Oh, hell, all the airlines that ran shuttles from Washington to NY or Boston back in the day had the “Kennedy special” on their drink menus.
They “sold” them whenever the number of drinks didn’t match the amount of money they collected, since ol’ Bootlegger Joe and his boys were too cheap to pay for anything!
